Shoes fit fine but the color is not a true navy as shown online

I have many types of TOMS, love them, BUT my last couple purchases I have been trying to just get a pair of original canvas. All I get now are ones that are stiff and give me blisters. Where are the soft ones ?

I have worn Alpargatas for years. This is the first time they are stiff and painful to wear. Fabric feels like cardboard not soft material. Very disappointed in the changes that were made.

I generally am a Tom's fan, but not this time. I wear size 9M, but this shoe runs wide. It gaps on both sides and my foot slides around.

I love the color! The side of the shoe is so high it hits my ankle. The shoe is wider than it should be at the sides. Tom's just said sorry, it was a final sale. My first and last pair of Tom's

My feet got blisters after 15 mins of wearing. The quality of the shoes are very rough and the color is darker than the photo. I would like a full refund, not happy with it at all.

I did not like because the top toe looks bad made. This is not my favorites shoes anymore.

I Love TOMS, but never receives the package

I love the quality and the brand but the size is a problem. I bought my correct size but when it came it was small, i will have to return them. Buy a size up or 2

I loved taking Toms shoes on trips because they weigh little and are a good walking shoe, until now. What happened to the arch support? I don't find them comfortable any longer.

I had purchased a pair of Alpargata loafers at a brick and mortar store and lived them because they were so comfortable. I was hesitant to buy another pair online (because you never know). Unfortunately, the canvas shoe felt a little tighter than the others I bought and was cutting into the top of my foot. The 'canvas' felt more like burlap . However, I couldn't return it because I missed the return deadline. The other two Alpargatas I bought with this pair are a perfect fit and comfort level

While the outsole material has improved in recent years, the thin, stiff recycled cotton fabric uppers of the Natural Soft Stripes make this pair of Alpargatas less comfy, snd they are cut shorter/smaller than previous purchases of same size and style; it's a feat to get my feet into them, and my big toes have zero breathing space. Hoping they'll stretch enough with use to be comfortable, as I'm not a fan of Tom's return policy. Last time I ordered the Alpargata style 1/2 size up, based on customer feedback, and the shoes were massive, entailing a returns hassle, a reorder of my usual size, and an obnoxious store credit via email for Tom's receiving the return just outside the 30-days-from-order-date window (ridiculous, given the poor parcel's cross-country roundtrip). Per reviews, these run true to size, yet I'd have been better off ordering up this time! Arrgh. That said, they're really cute dry weather summer kicks.

Shoes were too small! Couldn't accommodate my feet. Wasn't impressed, the toe was tucked crooked when sewn to the sole. They looked cheap.

My most recent pair of Toms has glue stain along the side of one of the shoes and a small glue stain on top. Seems like I'm getting a second rate product. Very disappointed.
