The shoes are a bit small but they should stretch with wear. Size 9 TOMS usually fit me perfectly.

I love the style, but let me say that people aren't kidding about them being much tighter than the Classics. I've had three pairs of Classics and never had an issue with any of them being tight, but was unable to break these in naturally. Ended up having to buy shoe stretchers and shoe stretch spray to make them wearable. The arch support is next to nothing, but it's wonderful to have a removable insole and be able to add custom orthotics to Toms, finally.

Material was very stiff compared to original Toms Alpargata, probably because it wasn’t cotton and came up higher on the back of my ankle. Fit well in length and width but uncomfortable so had to be returned.

The fit was loose in the heal and I simply couldn't keep my feet in them for lack of support in the heal. Also, the seam of the material rubbed against my feet. There was virtually no support. I wear a size 12. I think in smaller sizes for smaller people they might be okay. I loved the look of the shoe and the material. Maybe if you were to wear socks, which, not sure how that would look, the seams wouldn't rub on your feet. I'm disappointed that I have to return them but always buy my shoes from Zappos and my husbands' shoes because of their wonderful customer service and overall quality of shoes. Thank you, Zappos!

Fit was too big. I also didn't reorder due to the stiffness and roughness of the lace. Tender feet!

These were so cute, and felt cushiony, but the toe tapered too much for comfortable wearing.
