They increased the height of the sides slightly so that the bottom now rubs uncomfortably against my ankle bone (that bony protrusion on the side of the foot) Why on earth would they make them taller, who would want that? Never had this issue with Tom's before and am so disappointed, these used to be super comfortable shoes! Tom's design execs, I hope you see this, please bring back the more comfortable height of the sides!

My feet did not feel good in these shoes. The edge of the side of the shoe hit me at the ankle. The shoe was not supportive and felt like cardboard. I read all the reviews and obviously, for others the shoe is a gem. I will keep trying.

You guys should let people know that these shoes run smaller before people order !!!!!

This was my first time trying TOM shoes and I was shocked on how poorly constructed these are.

I ordered the plush shearling. I love Toms usually, but these make *no* sense. They run big (and Toms never run big on me), and the bottom of the shoe is comically slippery. Not like “oh this shoe is a little slippery”...more like immediately fall after taking a step slippery. Returning.

I ordered the black arrow embroidered mesh shoes and loved them, but every time I wear them, they leave a black mark on my polished toe nails. Cannot be removed without nail polish remover. Have owed several Tom's shoes and have loved them all, but cannot wear these any more.

These are really cute shoes. I love the floral pattern for spring and summer, and they are comfortable. BUT the soles of the shoes are not skid proof. Walking in them on tile or hard wood floors is more slippery than walking in socks. I don't know why shoe designers do this. This is not the first brand I have noticed this with. For the price of these shoes, I think the manufacturer can spend an extra 25 cents on better quality material for the soles. These are going back.

TOMs shoes are typically a go to for me. This one was very narrow. Even going up one size did not work out.

Love this style but the fit was way too big.
