Lovely suede shoe in taupe! Wide width is true. Doesn't crush my toes. I did have to go a half size down which is odd for me with vionic but it was ok because the arch support is not nearly as much as vionic usually has so it didn't hit me in an odd place. It was comfortable for the event but still a dress shoe. A vionic dress shoe so more comfortable than most but not like their flip flops or sneakers. I would love to see this in nude patent leather :)

This vionic kitten heel is the only heel I can wear other than a wedge heel. Be aware, the color of this shoe is more demin than navy. It looks like dark navy in the photo, it is not. I attached a photo to show shoe color against navy pants. They still work fine and look great with gray also.

Perfect! Just perfect! I have many pairs of Vionic sandals. I wish they would make more dressy heels like the ones I just purchased. I have Morton neuromas in both feet and high arches. Vionic has saved my life. I am very active and fashion conscious (a shoe horse, if you will) so my feet are my top priority. Please get them to design more like these if you can Zappos!!!

This is my fifth pair of Vionic Josie kitten heels. They don't have as much arch support as other Vionic shoes, but are still extremely comfortable for my feet that are being ravaged by rheumatoid arthritis. I need to wear dress shoes with my work suits, and this style continually fits the bill. Oh, how I wish they would make them in more color options.

As a woman pushing 70, I thought my heel wearing days were gone. I needed a dressy shoe to wear to a wedding and didn’t want to wear flats. So far I have only worn them in the house, but the wide width and kitten heel make this shoe very comfortable. They don’t pinch even though they have a very pointy toe. They are made well and the arch helps to distribute my weight to my whole foot, not just the balls of my feet. Also, they are beautiful and elegant. Thank you Zappos. I LOVE these Vionic Josie kitten heels! I do not like wearing heels because they typically hurt my feet or slip off my heels or both (plantar fasciitis & high arches & narrow heels). These heels DID NOT HURT the first time I wore them, no pinching and no blisters. I could stand for hours in these heels. Roomy toe box so your toes are comfortable but pointed toe so your feet look long and slim, excellent. I like the suede under the ball of the feet so that you can wear these without hose. Black, black suede, navy, and sand are the colors I now own. So happy that more colors were added. Vionic, this is a classic shoe PLEASE do not stop making it!

I have wide feet and bunions. I have looked for stylish pumps for my hard to fit feet. I finally found them! I ordered the beautiful current colored pumps, they are so comfortable. I'm ordering in other colors. LOVE these!!

I have a low volume foot with long toes and a narrow heel. This shoe is designed for someone with more of a high volume foot (top to bottom). As others have said, you will have toe cleavage with this shoe, regardless of your foot volume.

Love these and agree with the other reviewer that Vionics should make more high-fashion shoes with a lower heel. Too many others are too casual or have no heel at all. I love this and they look fabulous! (In black) Would have liked the reptilian, but already bought that print in a wedge heel (which isn't nearly as pretty or dressy as this). Please make it in brown and other colors. The floral print is nice, but wouldn't match much in the way of clothing.

toe box very tight - the rest of the shoe fit perfectly for my 9.5 foot. Too bad.

First, I’m obsessive about comfortable AND stylish shoes. As a result, I own 6 pairs of Vionics; strappy heels, boots, and flats. Vionics are worth the investment in your feet especially if you have PF, bunion, or long toes. In Vionic flats, I sized down to a 10.5 W to keep my heel from coming out. In these Josie heels, I purchased an 11. I have long toes and need the toe room. These are beautifully made and more comfortable than ANY other heel I’ve tried. The sole feels great on my feet, a little too good, I may need to order more pairs. The kitten heel with a pointy toe is perfect, it provides some height, without pitching the body forward too much which always cause my toes to press toward the front and cramp. There’s a bit of toe cleavage but I don’t care.

I hesitated buying these because I find Vionic's toe boxes are usually too tight in their dressier shoes. The first time I wore them I was standing at an event for most of the day. Much to my surprise the shoes were very comfortable, even after a long day.

These are the only heels I've been able to wear in the last 20 years. (No exaggeration!) They were comfortable from the second I put them on. I wore them to a wedding and danced! OMG! I'm not relegated to orthopedic looking shoes anymore. I now have 4 pair of these shoes! I can't tell you how happy I am to have some decent looking heels!!! Bless you, VIONIC.

The box says 11W, the shoes says 11W, but this is incorrect. I have other shoes by this brand that fit wonderfully. There was a mistake with these shoes, they're more like a size 7. I need to order another pair.

I’ve had these shoes for more than a year now and I wear when I need to be more dressed up for work. The toe is too pointed and ultimately hurts by the end of the day. For me, the arch isn’t high enough. I love the height of the heel, however. Could you make with a rounded toe?

When I opened the box, thought how beautiful. Then I put it on my foot and laughed out loud. It looked ridiculous. The toe end looked to be about two inches from the toes. So very long and pointed. Then when taking off the shoe, nearly stabbed myself with that sharp kitten heel. The black floral is gorgeous but did not work for me.

I have wide feet and the shoe is very comfortable. I ended up with 8M even though I tried 7.5 W and 8W. Love the neutral color, the toe length and the kitten heel.

This shoe was too small - odd because Vionics usually fit me in the size ordered, a 6 W. They were too pointy, too narrow and too small overall. They sure look cute, but I couldn't stand to have them on even for a minute.

I have other Vionic shoes in size 10W. The 10W in these pumps were way too tight for me everywhere but especially in the toe box. I tried the 11W but they were huge. I had at least a thumb's worth of space between the back of the shoe and my heel. I'm not quite sure how the size can jump so much but I checked all the sizes in the shoes and unless I happened to get two mis-labeled 10W shoes, I think that's just how it is.

Very cute shoe! I’ve been looking for a dressy shoe with a low heel that is also comfortable. I have a bunion starting so I ordered the wide width size and it fits me well. I’ve only worn it in the house so far - I hope this shoe doesn’t disappoint!

I love Vionics for their support and overall comfort. Yet at the end of the day, my feet were killing me in these -- I can't tell if they've changed the design or not. They are wider than is helpful for me, and my feet slide down -- so I have to "work" all day to keep them on. So -- yes, these are the nicest pumps I can buy as a person who needs arch support, but this particular pair -- stylish, lovely -- can only be a "once a week" shoe.

These shoes fit me well - I have a foot that is quite wide at the front, bunions, regular sized heels and a high arch. They look nice but to my eye they seem a bit long because of the point and their is little toe cleavage (not much). I find them moderately comfortable and could definitely get through a day on my feet in them. I especially appreciate that I don't walk out of them.

I have quite a few foot problems including a painful Naroma so I really cannot stand much pressure on the ball of my foot. I’ve had several treatments for it and it’s not as bad as it was so I finally decided to try and buy some kitten heels. I already own several pairs of bionic sandals which are excellent. However I cannot understand how they made this style so pointy and tight in the front. The sizes are not consistent I ordered four pairs and ended up keeping too. I ended up with a eight in the taupe suede which is my Normal size. The eight in the black suede was incredibly tight and have a coffee bar. I ended up keeping an 8 1/2 in the black leather. My advice if you try this is too what are several sizes it seems to run a bit on the small side. They are attractive looking shoes and I finally have something I could wear for at least a few hours although I certainly wouldn’t try hiking many blocks in them.

I was so excited to get these and so sad to return them. They are super cute, but they were big on me and I felt if I ordered a half size down the toe bed would be too snug. I also have plantar fasciitis and did not feel this shoe provided the needed level of arch support that my other vionics provide. I so wish this one worked out because they are so darn cute!
