It pinches the toes and I have narrow feet. I love kitten heels but these feel very unstable. I have 12 pairs of Vionics but these don’t work.

These shoes were one of the most comfortable pairs that I tried, but the leather was all messed up. It looked like someone had been wearing them for the past year and then returned them. The sole was scuffed up. The color was worn off the toe and heel. Is someone at Zappos inspecting these shoes before they are sent out to the customer? If so, they failed badly. Going back!

I have very flat feet. The arch is very high and uncomfortable in these shoes plus each has a rough edge that digs into the bottom of the foot. I had to cover them with heel liners. After wearing these shoes one time, my feet hurt. They are a half size too big and the heel is too wide for my narrow heel. I would not buy them again.

If you are looking for a navy pump, this will not be an option. The color is a dusty blue gray and looks like it wasn't dyed completely. Vionic Josie's are a great shoe, and I have 2 other pair , but disappointed in the color after trying 2 pairs. Zappos delivery and re-order process is fantastic!

Wanted these to fit comfortably like my other Vionic shoes but the pointy toe is very uncomfortable and these are too short in length.

Just didn't fit right. Very little arch support, heel kept slipping out Ordered my regular size in vionic, this shoe not up to vionic standards.

I was so excited for some dressy shoes that had some arch support for my plantar fasciitis. I am a music teacher and on hard floors for concert set up, take down and conducting. These were beautifully made and had good support but were way too small and narrow, even though i had ordered the wide! I have worn Vionics in the past and an 11W would normally be a tad big (they don't make a 10.5 W or I would order that). These were so small and narrow that I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe! I am disappointed, these would have been perfect for concert shoes.

I am so disappointed. For years I was a shoe collector - the best shoes, the highest heels - you name it. Then I got older, got plantar fasciitis and got a knee replaced, and now, Vionic is all I wear. They have done nothing less than save my ability to walk. In their last two seasons of shoes, it seems they've gotten smarter - making orthotic shoes look fashionable! Brilliant!! I have sold or donated all my old shoes and have started rebuilding my collection to include comfort and arch support. In the beginning of this transition, I found Trotters, who, also makes a comfort-line, kitten heel pump, but without the arch support. I bought them, tried numerous orthotics to add, but nothing really satisfied me and they sat in my closet for almost a year. Then Vionic's new line came out and these beauties were included. Thanks to Zappos' wonderful return policy, I promptly packed up the Trotters to return them, to buy my beloved Vionics, which, up until now, have ALWAYS worked for me. SMH. I read the other reviews about these having some odd sizing issues, but since every size 10 I've ever bought from Vionic (I now have upwards of 12 different pairs) have fit perfectly, I did not fear. I also read about these not having as much arch support, but even a little is better than none, so I eagerly bought these. I just received them & tried them on and to my amazement, they definitely did something wrong with these. The toe-box IS narrow (& I have comparably narrow feet). They ARE too small - about half a size...but MOST shocking and strange is the arch support. I guess they tried to make the arch firmer to provide more support, but it is so hard, that it hurts, and it's not flush against the side of the shoe. It sits slightly away from the side of the shoe, so it digs into the bottom of your foot along the edge of your arch (or lack of arch in the case of my flat feet). They straight-up hurt. I am SO disappointed. Zappos, please tell Vionic not to gve up on this beautiful shoe, but to reissue it with some corrections, because something definitely ain't right with these~ Bummer~ They're going back.

These were great... but, the bottom portion of the heel (I don't know what to call it) fell off of both shoes within only a couple of times of wearing them. Bummer.... Comfort is great, quality is less than to be desired.

Sadly these are going back. I was really disappointed in the plastic appearance and inflexibility of the "leather" upper. I love Vionic sandals and did not feel the support in these shoes when I tried them on.

I wanted to like these shoes but they did not fit my 11 1/2 size feet.

The fit was ok. The color and the material were very unattrative.

The navy is more of a dusky faded denim color. It didn't match a navy suit.

This shoe was 3-4 sizes smaller than stated size, perhaps mislabelled?

Ouch ouch ouch. Ordered the snakeskin print. Looked at bit like printed plastic in person. The toe box is very tight and couldn't even walk in these.

These shoes looked nice on the picture, but not when they arrived. When I tried on the shoes, they felt much too tight across the front, near my toes, are too pointy, and the leather felt hard, not soft. I normally wear a size 7.5M, but these shoes were sliding off my feet. I did not like the VIONIC Josie at all.

These shoes could not have been properly sized. While I have huge feet (11W) there is no way these were that size. I couldn't even get either foot into the shoe and I have many pairs of Vionic shoes. I would try to order another pair, but it is so hard to find any type of shoe in my size.

the arch area is plastic and very painful to walk on
