The flip flop webding attaches further down the sole then any another flip Ive worn. The webbing attaches to the sole down were the instep and the heel meet. When in motion this design causes a loose feeling as the inside web creeps under my instep with an irritating rubbing fiction as it rides up along my instep as I stride. Never have I felt this sensation as I walk in flip flops. I love the look of flip on my foot but I just can't get use to the odd rubbing on the side of my instep closest to the heel when in motion. My Bondi and Recovery slides fit me well in the same size 11, so I feel it can't be sizing issue.

I put them in after a long stressful day of work. I'm a home my inspector and after climbing inside and outside of homes this is a great recovery system for my feet.

Don't use these for anything besides walking slowly...if you lean too far one way, they'll snap.

I originally purchased slides for my son, but slides don't fit his feet, so we exchanged them for flips & they fit& he loved them. The exchange showed up on roughly Dev 4, 2020 and all was well until this weekend ( Friday night), they came apart ( we live in MN so they were only used inside during winter & not regularly) . It appears Hoka's have a 1year warranty, I'm assuming that includes the Ora recovery slides & since it's the weekend we haven't been able to contact Hoka about this yet, I'm hoping they stand behind thier product & exchange the flips for another pair, both my son & I live Hoka's foot wear. 2 personally have 2 pairs of flips, 2paies of Bondi's, a pair of Clifton's and a pair of Challenger ATR, so I'm a true believe in Hoka's products, I sure hope Hoka wants to keep me as a customer & honor's the 1yr warranty with a replacement.

only problem is that i may be a little rough on mine, all 3 previous pairs, the straps have pulled away from the sole. Good thing i know how to fix them

I have Hallux Rigidus, or extreme pain and lack of flexibility, in the joints of both of my Big Toes. These flip flops so far have been a dream come true.

these are amazing for loafing or biking on the beach. they do seem a bit big though but I still love them!

These, were sized a bit too large given the sizing algorithm. However, and I mean however I WILL NOT SEND THE BACK! Why? Too comfortable, oh so comfortable.
