I am recovering from ACL reconstruction on the right knee. I was a Hoka show user and transiting to the slides post surgery. They were very comfortable and allowed me to wear footwear - although my right foot was swollen to the extent that no show could be worn. 13 weeks post surgery I purchased the sandals for a everyday wear and, like the shoes and slides - they are excellent.

Couldn't wait to get these recover flips especially from HOKA! Unfortunately, the think straps will eventually rub on your index toe right in the crease where it starts to get thicker. Wish they made the skinny part of thong a little longer or didn't make it so thick so soon. Like I said the cushion you get with these flops are phenomenal, but then again plan on squeaking around wearing these. There beautiful, and keep wearing in hopes on them breaking in we're the thing doesn't rub, seems to be working, but now it's like walking with ducks on my feet. I hope they remake these! There are definitely updates to be made. Probably going back to my traditional flops. Less cushion, but no squeaking nor irritation/rubbing on fragile toe skin from thong.

Great support. I purchased the men's based on a review that mentioned the different position of the toe piece. Women's run horizontal and men's run vertical, which I find much more comfortable. These have been a game changer for me and I will soon be purchasing a different color.

Comfortable but broke two pair now. To much money for something that lasts a couple months at most.

I bought them for my wife, and I ended up buying a pair for myself, I just love the way they feel, comfortable, non slippery. They are just amazing.

Comfy and they look great - I'll definitely get another pair when these wear out (and maybe some of the Ora slip ons!). I usually wear a 10.5 shoe and the size 10 flip flops worked well for me.

I like how comfortable the recovery flip flops are but they need to be available in a narrow shoe also, if they are available then I am unaware of it

I have worn flip-flops for 60 years and never had a problem until I wore these Hokas. Gives me cuts across the top of both second toes when I walk in them for less than 5 minutes. After that, the cuts are so painful I can't walk in them anymore.

This shoe is really great for RECOVERY! I wear them as a slipper and they last about a year. Don't ever leave them wet as they will stretch & mold. With Plantar Fasciitis & Neuropathy they are a miracle. Can't live without them. Ladies buy the men's you won't regret it. I wear a 9 wide in women's and I'm pretty sure I got a Men's 7.

I was expecting Hoka footbed stability and comfort, and that was good, but the foot strapping was loose and flimsy,

I feels smooth and comfortable. The best flip-flop to recover after a day on your feet at work

Being an 8 1/2 size maybe needed to go up a 1/2 size to 9 instead of down to 8. It was cutting my heel . Let's see if the 9 fits better I will not give up on HOKA sandals.
