Bought these flips only to find they run a little big and I had sized up from 10.5 to 11. Returned them and had a great experience with Hoka. The return process worked perfectly, was smooth in every aspect, and received my smaller flips in less than a week. The flips are comfortable, fit well, and I look forward to putting some mileage on them for every day use in the islands

Hi. I normally love this sandal. But, for whatever reason, the thong that goes between the toes is very irritating. It rubs harshly against the inside of my toes. Perhaps I need to break them in longer for it to go away. I'm hoping!

Well I didn't get my package delivered to my house I sent an email to you with a complaint an I didn't get a response back from you, I had to do my on investigation and I did found my package at my neighbors house.. I opened my package to try on my sandals an the strap is to lose.. I'm not happy . I'm a regular customer I have about 4 pairs of Hoka tennis shoes and 2 pair of sandals .. thank for your attention if I get one

I wear a Women's 8.5 Wide in Hoka Bondi 8, and I have a pair of Hoka slides in that size 8. I thought these would fit (men's size 7 flip flops), but they were too long, and the strap did not fit securely on my foot. I love the color; they do not have this grey in women's. So I purchased a size 8 women's flip-flop, which is too small. I am waiting for a size 9 in Women's to arrive, hoping they fit, there are no half sizes, so this is my last option for fit. I love my Bondi 8's and my slides...so I kept trying. I wear flip-flops about 7-8 months out of the year, so if these do not work, I will be looking for another brand. Hoka's were recommended by my foot doctor, and they have helped, but I know I will revert back to my other not so supportive flip-flops if I just have slides.

It took me a few minutes to get used to them, and the way they feel on my feet, but I love them and they are so comfortable and my knees and back don't hurt when I wear them

Strap between toes on right shoe broke within three days of wearing them… this is the third pair that I have owned, because I do love them. However, all three pairs broke in the same way within one year of use. Usually around month 8 to 9. I’m just accepted That is the cost of owning them. But breaking within one week is totally unacceptable.

ORA RECOVERY FLIP - I wore for five minutes. Right side felt fine. Left side was looser and had a pain in my foot almost immediately. When I took them off because of the pain, I had an open sore on my foot where the material was digging into it. Poor manufacturing, poor quality control.

very comfortable. been buying for years. the size 13's i bought were smaller than previous years by 1/3 of an inch, so i returned them for a size 14.

I wear these to help provide cushion for my lower back pain. They are very comfortable and I wear them when I am not wearing my HOKA walking shoes. Size down one to get a perfect fit though.
