Nice color, strap to loose causing my feet to come out of sandal.

The strap between the toes broke the first 30 minutes into wearing them! Almost took a header. Poorly made

These would be so good if they had an adjustable strap as they are far too sloppy to be safe. They are the right size and they feel great standing still but walking is not good.

I bought this flip flop to take to Hawaii. They are beautiful. The strap is very, very uncomfortable. It is quite sharp and cuts into my foot, rubbing blisters and taking skin off in several places. I would return them, but I don't have any of the paper work or box. I mean... How bad could flip flops be? Won't buy another pair.

The strap between my toes rubbed so much that I could not wear them. I am returning them.

I would love if these came in a size for people like me with "low volume feet."

I have a pair that I bought probably eight years ago when I had plantar fasciitis. Have absolutely loved them! Bought another pair last year to have as back up and they have changed the style and they're now too loose. The thong part is too long. Had to return

Poor Fit. Size 8 was a little small. Size 9 was way big.

The size 9 is too large, the size 8 is too small and there are no half sizes. Furthermore, it's been like pulling teeth to make sure I'm refunded for the returns.

I have ordered two pair of these sandals. One in size 8, they were too short. My most recent purchase was a size 9, they were too long and too wide. I need an 8 1/2 but these do no come in half sizes.

My feet moved around in them too much making it difficult to stay on.

This is my second pair that has a defect on the left heel. I love the color as well as the fit and comfort. However, once again I have to return it due to the lean and imbalance with the left shoe. I spoke with customer service. They would not assist me due to there not being a review or report of this experience. HELLO,I'm the first. with that being said I will be ordering it in a different color . I rwas so excited to break into spring with a vibrant color. Hopefully it will be balanced. No one wants a brand new lopsided shoe. I feel customer service could have offered a discount seeing how quickly the turn around was and not wanting a refund but an undefected shoe. I will keep you posted. Hoka let's do better with the customer service in keeping a returning one as well as spreading the news of your company for future customers!!! There is no cushioning at all in these and my feet slid around making them very unstable.

BOTH PAIR WERE TOO LONG AND TOO WIDE

I love the Hoka walking shoes so bought the ORA Recovery Flip for my wife as she has some foot problems. The problem with the product for her is that the surface is slippery, so her feet slide when trying walking which is uncomfortable for her. The size purchased was correct but still feels too big. I do recommend Hoka products but cannot recommend this particular product.

Too clumsy would love I return

I started a return since November 11 and I still haven't received my money back.

I love the Hoka brand and have ordered several pairs of the Clifton 8 athletic shoes. Also love Hoka customer service and ease of return or exchange. Unfortunately the recovery flip did not work for me. I wear a women's size 11 shoe but the size 11 recovery flip was too small. My heel hit the back of the raised heel cup. I wanted to exchange for a larger size as the shoe was very comfortable otherwise but that was the largest size offered. Given that many athletes order these flips who likely have larger feet, I am surprised that Hoka does not offer more larger sizes for women. I would recommend ordering at least a half or full size larger.

This was a purchase for someone else, not me. I had to return the item for them since it didn't work out for them.

I have been dealing with Plantar fasciatis and thought these would help. I tried them on the first day and it was too hard. I'm sticking with my oofas.

Unfortunately, this shoe didn't work out well for my sister. One of her feet swells and it just wasn't a comfortable fit for her so I had to return them.
