I loved the cushion in these but simply could not wear them. They did not fit me properly- appeared to be the wrong length from the toe thong to the front of the sandal...

The flip flops are cushioned, but, if you have low back problems and need a little lift in heel, these do not have it! Your heel will sit lower than the ball of your foot. Another problem I have with them is the in soles, they are imprinted similar to the outer sole and when your feet swell, that imprint hurts! It would be so much better if the in sole was smooth!

The part that goes between the toes is back too far. They make the front of my foot hurt. I threw the box away or I'd send them back.

The sandals were to wide and it made it hard to walk with them.

Hoka needs to take a card out of Nike or fit flops for there straps I tried the men's and women's the straps rub ur feet raw.There are sharp edges and those edges also crack for this reason and this reason alone I would NOT recommend buying them till they figure out new straps that won't rub u raw and crack! And there plastic straps on the prior version were also a bust

Perhaps these would fit other feet, but the straps were much too loose, and a tripping hazard for me. I am a normal size 9medium. The sole material ok. Quite stiff, though it would certainly compress nicely eventually.

They way the strap goes across your feet and in. Ethernet your toes immediately caused blisters.

The part that goes in between your toes is hard and rubs your toes raw. i had to sew some squishie soft material around it.

The straps on the upper foot area are way to wide, couldn't walk with them on

They're comfortable but they cut into the top of my foot leaving a red line, so I can't wear them until the cut heals.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis, so unfortunately the shoes weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I made the purchase online & due to covid I would not feel comfortable sending the purchase back. I'll suck it up & try for a different pair. I've purchased other Hoka shoes & have had great comfort.

I need to return for smaller size. Went by your sizing chart and too large.

The flip is only available in full sizes. I ordered an 8, based on the Website sizing suggestion. I exchanged for a 9 and the length was good, but it did not fit tight over my the top of my foot and could not keep them on. I could tell this flip could have been awesome in my knee replacement recovery, but could not find the size to work. This was the first time I have used the refund option with Hoka and must say it was AWESOME! No questions asked!!! I do own 3 other pair of Hoka's and they are the best!!!

Fit in the length but the top didn't come close to fitting. It seemed like the bottom would be comfortable and very cushy if it fit. Sad to be sending it back.

I put them on every morning until my feet cramp up then I have to remove them, I don't know why they give me cramps but they do. Soon I wont wear them at all...so sad since I paid a lot of money...I will not suggest them to anyone like they were suggested to me. Even the person who told me to get them is not wearing them anymore..

I love Hoka running shoes but was disappointed the first time I bought the flip-flops. Unfortunately the strap that goes around your foot is too big and does not hold your foot into the shoe even tho the base is the correct size to my foot. For that reason I had to return them. Side note, they are not as cushioned as you may expect - they do not compete with the OOFOS sandal.

Initially, the strap between the toes was painful, but I got used to it within a few times' wear. Great support for arch and heal. Used for daily inside wear for 6 months and then strap broke causing me to slip and fall. Runs 1/2 size small.
