Unfortunately, shoes without half sizes never work for me. Also, my foot is thin from top to bottom and flip flops in general are really loose and slip easily.

Relatively comfortable for cushioning, width and length, but the part between the toes, ouch. I'm still wearing them just around the house until they break in or my feet do :) They have potential.

I ordered a size 6 and they were too wide so i ordered a size smaller which were just as wide, I really liked the support but they wouldn't stay on my foot they were so wide

Cloth strap rubbed between my toes. Very uncomfortable.

Live the look, had it not been too wide I feel it would have been very comfy.

Fits smaller that the Recovery slide and less comfortable. I normally wear a 7.5 and ordered size 7 in the Recovery slide and Recovery flip. The flip is shorter my heel hit the edge.

These (and most) shoes only come in a medium and I have a narrow foot. It is hard to assess the fit. I wish they came in a narrow and I would order more.

I love the Hoka Recovery Sandal and have 2 other pairs. The toe divider has been restructured and is wider with the stitching on the under surface chafing the skin. I will not purchase again with this style

These flip-flops are extremely comfortable and I have horrible feet issues but they do feel comfortable. The only problem is that I have medium width to narrow feet and the top portion is really too large I’m going to try to put some moleskin and so they don’t slip off my feet while I’m walking if not I’m going to have to return them. They would be the perfect flip-flop if they weren’t so wide

Hoka's are just not for my feet I guess, bought the slides (locally) they rubbed blisters, this one the thong is gonna rub plus the width of this flip is just weird.

Unfortunately these flips are inconsistent in cushion level. I ordered the yellow flips back in 2021 and they are wonderful. Very soft, and a great fit. I wore them all summer and I'm convinced they healed my plantar fasciitis. But I ordered the black flips this week (May 2022) and they noticeably more firm than my yellow pair and as a result also feel a bit tighter on my foot. I wonder if it's because the black sole is a firmer material than the white sole. The yellow pair I rated 5 stars across the board but I'm a bit disappointed in the black pair. I'll wear them around the house before I decide if they are going back or not. I can forgive the slightly tighter fit but I need as much cushion as I can get.

the thong straps were a little loose & the footbed was a lil short for size 9, but i do have a high iinstep

They feel like walking on clouds. Not stylish whatsoever, but great for comfort.

They were cute, and I’m so bummed they didn’t work for me. I am a size 7-1/2 and ordered down to a 7. They were still too wide across the front for me, my feet had to work too hard to keep them from flopping. Best to note that I am a smaller framed gal, and I’m finding that every time I get a recommendation for a sandal or shoe from a foot doctor for my plantar fasciitis + Achilles tendinitis, so far, they have all run too wide for me.

Very disappointingly neither the size 6 nor the size 7 fit well enough to want to keep either. The 6 was just a bit too small, causing me to walk on the heel cup. The 7s were way too big. I wear a 7 in HOKA Bondi's and they fit well (most running shoes I size up a full size from 6.5 to 7.5). Since I normally wear a 7 in HOKAs I ordered the same in the sandals thinking the size would translate from the running shoes to the sandals. So, bottom line, the sandals are sized similarly to a regular shoe than a running shoe. Both pairs were returned.

These might be nice if I did not already own 2 pairs of Oofos. Not very spongy, harder than Oofos with very little cushion.

very wide - way too loose

I had broken my left lower leg & ankle 3 yrs ago. I have hardware though in both. My podiatrist told me about Hoka flip flops being comfortable. I thought since it said "recovery" and his recommendation that I should order a pair since my shoe store didn't have my size to try. Received in the mail, I tried them on, and right away it gave me too much pressure in my left foot due to the very high arch and the low other areas. Although my foot is wide, the shoe is still too wide for me. I am sorry, but had to return them.

I really loved these but the fabric between the toes felt uncomfortable. If it were made with something else I think they'd have worked. The footbed felt great and I loved the color. I exchanged them for a different Hoka - fingers crossed they'll work.

Had to return because I am between sizes. The toe strap was just not in the right spot for me.
