I ordered what I thought was the Blitzen II. My order arrived and much to my gym dismay, it was a Blitzen III. After considerable investigation and talking to different stores, I found out that the Blitzen II is no longer available. I am very disappointed that they Blitzen II has been taken out of production. BLITZEN II is more attractive and streamlined looking then the Blitzen III. The Blitzen III is uglier than any of the other CROCS I have worn. The lining is big and bulky, and does not even have a binding around the edge of it. This croc looks huge compared to the Blitzen II... totally disappointed!

It's a typical croc product which is well made and done right, but the advertising is where the problem is. I ordered these and I actually bought 2 dif. Colors, both are extremely small and narrow. The fact that they were described as relaxed by the company is false. I even sent a couple emails about exchanges and got no response

Where are my crocs? I received the wrong order. Called customer service promptly. Said the right order is on its way. That was a week ago ?

Not the same heel height and support that my Cric sandles provide

Terrible lining that will not smooth out. Shoes came without a box and the lining had a crease from poor packing and now I have a permanent crease. Overpriced as well. No more crocs for me.
