I have bought many pairs of shoes from Zappo's including Crocs. Love Zappo's service. This pair is the second pair of Croc's that is so disappointing, I will never order Crocs through Zappo's again. I know that if Zappo's had any idea what a terrible product we are receiving, they would never offer this shoe for purchase. The material doesn't feel like real Crocs rubber, so light and hard. Along the top of the shoes the rim is actually so crinkled up it digs into my foot. I am returning 3 pair of Crocs. I have never experienced this with any product I've purchased through Zappo's.

My son has worn a pair of the Blitzen I for 7 years. Lining is shot so I bought him these Blitzen III to replace old ones, same size. He could barely get these on and the instep was so tight they hurt. Nothing like original Blitzen as far as fit. Must return these.

Unfortunaltely, this style with the added lining makes this clog too tight. I have very wide and arthritic feet and was not even able to get my foot in the clog. Regular crocs fit great but I feel that with the lining the design needs tweeking to accommodate for the space taken up. I was hoping these would work as a house slipper for colder weather.

I've discovered at my own expense that Crocs now run a full size smaller than they used to. I bought an old pair of crocs at a second hand store and they were my size, an 8. They were already old and I wore them several years, being very hard on them wearing as gardening shoes, lol. I always wear an 8 and have a wide foot. But Crocs I have to oder a size 9 and they just fit. No extra room. I ordered 4 different styles to see what I liked and these were by far the worst. I wanted a pair to wear inside as slippers with socks (and thick socks in winter). Here's what I found from trying on. They were a definite 'YES' to returning. 1. The lining was shedding everywhere 2. Like others have said, the liner was pulling out of the shoe when you take it off. Especially if you're wearing socks. If it's doing that just trying them on, then no way! 3. The left shoe I received, the liner was actually sewn wrong and felt really weird. 4. The liners are CHEAP. I can see how others have complained about them falling apart. 5. The lining is a magnet for dirt, lint, pet hair. 6. The lining was already going flat from trying them on, lol. It's all about the lining, so don't order them because of that. Just get regular crocs and wear thick socks, so much easier.

I wear a women's 11 WW. This was short and narrow for my feet. I needed to return them. Thanks Zappo's for giving me free returns! They are a bit ugly, but I ordered the next size up as well.
