Linings keep pulling out

One shoe was miss shaped. Stuffing the shoe to force the side out.

R shoe has a indentation which makes insert not fit correctly and not fold over edge as it should. Almost returned pair but didn't want the hassle. Would love it if you replaced this shoe M10 for me...See below photo! Thanks! Carter Hill

These items came shipped in a bag and were smushed. I had to keep aNother shoe inside for several days to try to get them to retain their original shape. The liner also did not fit properly and kept flipping up on one shoe. They were comfortable though. I was forced to return them because there is no exchange policy for online purchases.

the lining fit very poorly, and "sheds" a lot. this is the first pair of crocs i haven't been satisfied with. but, with these weeks of "lockdown" i made no attempt to return them. probably won't.

There was a flaw in the liner for the right foot so I had to send them back

i am unhappy with the fit of the new croc that I bought from you. the fit is tight and uncomfortable not like the previous croc that i have gotten from you before.

Had to return bc they were too small but it was my size. I have to order a size larger

These Blitzen III's did not fit at all like the Blitzen II's. They were huge! I returned them.

I have several pair of crocs that I wear for different occasions. However, I never had a 'winter' pair with a liner, and since I got a new puppy thought they would be ideal for the little pop out and potty times. Unfortunately, the right shoe liner will not stay tucked down around the outside of the shoe. I, and my husband, have tried mightily to stretch it enough that it will stay down, to no avail. No problem with the left liner, just the right. Even if I get it down, after about 3 steps it is standing straight up again. Looks and feels very uncomfortable. I don't know if other liners are available, or if I'd even spend the money, since these were no means cheap, and I'm having this issue.

So wanted a shoe to slide into after swimming with no socks . Yeah they are easy to slide in. But getting your foot out it pulls the lining out. The snap keep unsnapping. I really wanted them to be better then they are.

every time you take your foot out the entire lining comes out! Lining is not secure in the Croc!!

I really like the crocs but the lining won't stay folded down, it keeps popping up and that annoying.

I wanted to get these thinking they would be as comfortable as regular crocs with the insole being the same as classic crocs. I was excited to be comfortable and warm. However...my feet hurt because they are not the same and are very hard. Also the fuzzy liner keeps coming off with my feet every time I remove the shoe. They are very uncomfortable and way too hot for my feet to walk around in for longer than 20 min. I don't like to write reviews but I had to with this one.

I ordered pins for crocs and they did not come in package. Shoes overall are okay however thought they would be women's width (more narrow) they are bulkier than I thought they would be

Comfortable and warm. However, the shoes were a little defective in that the liner flips up when I take off the shoes and the liner pulls on the shoes somewhat so it does not lie flat.

They are OK... but the fur lining is not as nice as the UGG brand fur (it almost makes your feet feel sweaty).. and when you try and pull your foot out of the shoe- it sticks to the fur and then unbuckles the lining from the shoe causing the insert to pop out. But they do have the croc comfort for walking... just do not like the feel of the lining.

Epic fail on these....Sent back. The fur did not fit right on one shoe and they seemed jumbo sized on feet. I was looking forward to a winter pair but these were not it.

The liner is stitched incorrectly or sized wrong. It does not fit well in the shoe. It's a shame cause it was a gift for someone.

The lining kept shifting with and without wearing socks with it. Hard to get off and lining came out each time. The one I bought that was animal print had holes in the outer shoe that allowed it to breath. This clog is solid and makes your feet sweat.

I bought the Blitzen shoes before - Full Price - and they were great. I tried to order them again, and they were on sale. I thought I got lucky but no. The shoes on sale LOOK like the shoes I had before but they are NOT. The shoes on sale are cheap, stiff, and not nearly as soft as the full priced real shoes. I am waiting for them to go off sale in hopes of getting the real ones again. I hope they still make them. They used to be great but these cheap stiff versions are worthless to me.

I have had the pink cheetah print blitzen crocs for 3-4 years. Use them as slippers. The lining was wearing out so I got a new pair of the blitzen iii for Christmas. The lining is much fluffier which affects the fit of the shoe. The toe box feels much smaller feeling. The outer side of the lining won't lay down and a tab sticks up. They look bad. As a gift I am trying to wear them but they are not what I expected

I ordered my regular shoe size and they were way too big, had to send back. The return process was not easy.
