I orders these on Nordstroms. I followed the recommendations in reviews to size down and wish I ordered my size. But I am worried about ordering a new pair because at the toe there is the harder material that goes around the sole and it feels super uncomfortable. There is a major line between the sole material and the down. I wish the kept the down going down to the sole and put the plasticy feeling material away from the foot. They were so cute but they have nothing for the sole (feel everything you walk on) and I just can't get over the hard material rubbing against my big toe. The next size up was sold out so I'm debating again now that they are back in stock. I guess if I get a bigger size I maybe wouldn't feel it but not worth the risk IMO

This is my second pair of this type of North Face shoes, and while I had no issues with the other pair, this pair came already with stains on the white. Little brown stains, like if I'm buying a pair of white shoes I want them to be clean-white. It looks like it was previously worn. I usually love the quality of north face so I'm so sad by this. I even tried to wash the shoes myself but the stain is still set in.

I use these shoes, mostly indoors, however, they are good outside because of the attraction. I absolutely love them. The fit and comfort are perfect the way that they stay on and are easy to get on and off. They are warm and very attractive.

Literally wear these all winter, indoors and out. They never seem to wear out, super comfy and warm, and I've washed them several times with great success. About to buy a new pair simply for color, but no intention of retiring my current ones.

Wife loves them! They fit perfectly and look great!

Used these to travel to Japan. They are comfortable and wear so well I ended up wearing them most of the vacation though the city, subway, temples and getting lost. They stayed comfortable with no blisters.

Very comfortable and warm boots. My only issue with them is the lack of support.

These boots are warm and easy to slip on when running an errand! Highly recommend if you need a pair of warm booties to run around in.

Great booties, good traction, very comfortable, easy to put on, feet stay warm. Only thing is they are not completely waterproof. After awhile your feet get wet in rain l, but not in the snow.

I want to say I'm so happy with this purchase. The booties are warm and comfortable! Best investment for winter and I always using them on the weekend for running errands. Definitely recommend. About to purchase a pair for my daughter.

Bought for gift (she picked!) and she loves them! Uses tgem around house and to slip on to take dog for walk or go to grocery. Well made but kinda pricy!

Love these Booties! I wear them mainly to my exercise classes They slip off and on so easily, and they are so comfortable. I have received several compliments on these booties.

While these sre slippers I wear them inside and outside. Because I have certain foot conditions on both feet, these are one of the few types of shoes I can wear comfortably.

I bought these to wear in Astana city (Kazakhstan, here's quite cold -20c/ -31c! I worried if it not fit here, but after taking boots i was surprised! These are very warm and much lighter in weight than other boots! it feels like i'm wearing home slippers.

I absolutely love the North Face women's Thermoball booties. I wear them everyday. They keep my feet warm in my cold house and they have good traction too. I have not slipped on the hardwood floors. I wear socks with them for added warmth and dryness.

I have an injured foot and it worked out great for me. These boots were easy to get on and very cozy.

My new "go to" for comfort. Warm and stylish.
