The boots felt a little narrow at first wearing. However, they stretched out perfectly very quickly. Feet never got cold while hiking, snowmobiling and sledding in Idaho. I would buy again.

I am a mailman in the midwest, so the winters here can be pretty brutal. However, there boots kept my feet extra toasty and actually to the point where my feet were sweating. I actually thought the boots were allowing water to get in from the snow, but turned out its was from my feet sweating and this was at subzero temperatures. So if you're looking for a winter boot, look no more!

These are great boots. Almost all shoes and boots I own are 10 1/2 and I also have one or two pairs of 11 shoes so I went with 10 1/2 in these North Face boots and they fit perfectly. They were snug at first because of the insulation so I wore them for about an hour around the house and could tell 10 1/2 was the right size, they broke in even better after a few days of wearing and are super comfortable. They kept my feet warm in temps between 0-20 degrees F while only wearing my thinnest Nike Dri-Fit socks and also fit good wearing some Hanes X-temp comfort socks which are a bit thicker but not as thick as my thickest wool socks, I don't have any reason to wear my thickest wool socks with these boots as they are plenty warm. They have become my go to boots for leaving the house if temps are below 40-45 degrees F, above 40-45 F feet will start to get a bit warm. Grip is good not as good as my big rugged vibram soles on Chippewa super logger work boots, but these are way lighter than work boots and wayyyy better than any sneakers. Overall a great purchase, they look great and I do recommend.

I have Raynaud's Syndrome so my toes get very cold very easily. These boots keep them warm. They are very comfortable and I love the tab on the back that makes it easy to take them off.

The technology on these shoes is great, no wear and tear and very durable. They are supper lightweight and super resistent to wind, water, and frigid temps. I suggest people to get themselves a pair.

Great product overall. I live near Chicago and with the recent - temps these boots have been great. Great traction on the snow and pretty good on some of the ice here. No issue running in them to walking in them. On hard surfaces like a sidewalk the boots can feel a bit uncomfortable. They are best at home in muck and snow.
Not as warm as I would have liked but it might be just me.

Bought these as a gift for my husband. He loves them! Uses them as a work boot. They need to broken in but that just cause they are made of quality leather.
Would definitely recommend.

No slipping in my semi-narrow foot. Creative lacing to tighten down. Nice and light and warm. Easy to get in and out of. I have short legs and big calves but fit with no problems. I would recommend though I have not made a big climb with these yet.

These boots are to replace my previous North Face boots that are 7yrs old and were used under the most extreme winter conditions across Canada. I haven't used the new boots in the winter yet but the initial fit, style and quality are excellent! I will be updating this review after a using them in the cold Quebec winter.
The demise of my last pair of boots was caused by two features that have been replaced or removed on these newer boots:
1 - The sole started to separate from the body of the boot. This was because of me prying the boots off with my feet as there was a provided 'foot hold' on the heel and I assume it was for removing the boots with your feet. It took 7yrs but finally the sole separated and water gets in. However, on the new boots that 'foot hold' has been removed. This will add to the longevity of the boots as it forces you to remove your boots like a human rather than a caveman.
2 - The loops the laces passed through started popping off or tearing. On the former boots these were fabric loops so tearing after years of use is understandable. This feature has also been updated. On the new boots the loops the laces pass through are all metal. Those won't be tearing anytime soon! You will need new laces first!
All in all I am dreading the winter a little less now.

The boot is very warm and water resistant. The boot has very good traction and comfortable to walk in. The design is Trendy and stylish but also very practical. Every material on the boots makes sense for its use.
