The fit was perfect. I have wide feet, so I usually go with a size wide, but I didn’t need to with these. The material is soft and no break in needed. I have a bunion on my left foot and it doesn’t flair up with these shoes on. So a big plus! They are super comfy! I can walk them all day and not feel like I need to take them off. I’ve had these for two months and the sole is made with a real durable material. I walk funny and most shoes I own, the outer part of the heel usually starts to wear down in first few weeks, but not with these. They have a really stylish way and look to them. You can wear some slim jeans with these and have a real modern look for a night out. I ordered the major/cordovan and the color looks great! It’s more grey then it is brown, but because it’s a neutral color, it works with everything! Awesome boots!

I ordered a pair of boots from another manufacturer, and I tried to get them to stretch out but they never did. I returned them and found these. I liked the look, but what attracted me the most was the number of positive ratings on these Sorels. When I got them, they slipped onto to my foot more easily and they fit perfectly. I bought them to be waterproof travel shoes. I can't speak to their waterproofness, but they are very comfortable. I tested them on long walks of 2-3 miles and they felt fine. They also seem to grip well when it's wet. I'm writing the review because this is a great pair of boots.

Extremely comfortable in every way. Ordered a half size smaller than I usually would based on other reviews here and very happy I did. Fits perfect. I also have a very wide foot and these fit amazingly.

Was impressed with these right out of the box. Very comfortable. No break in needed. Perfect fit. Get your Normal shoe size.

I love these boots! This is the 2nd pair I bought for my husband. They are stylish and waterproof and warm. I really like the oiled finish to the boot. Gives it a rugged but still stylish look. My husband has a similar suede pair but couldn’t wear them when it was wet. So these are perfect! Highly recommend. I had the wrong pair sent out at first and the amazing customer service team got me the correct pair so quickly!

Go down one size. I followed the reviews. I am usually 9.5 sneakers and ordered 8.5. Never had I ever done this but was glad I did. Fit perfectly. Very stylish. Tabacco color was spot on too. Real good brown. Laces were a little darker than photo too.

Excellent Shoe! I was looking for an extra Chukka boot. These are very well made! the cordovan color was a little more gray than the picture but I love the color. They do have a short break in period. I feel like I will have these shoes for a very long time.

I purchased these boots a 1/2 size smaller base on other reviews and that was good advice. I wear a size 11 typically but the 10.5 was just right. They are super comfortable and very light weight. Traction in the snow was awesome. Not sure of the durability since I have only had them less than a week but they look great and are waterproof.

Great looking boot, could go casual or moderately dressy with jeans. Felt true to size, but not a lot of arch support.

Fit well and super comfortable right out of the box. Didn’t really need breaking in. And I love how light these boots are - yet feel sturdy.

These are my new favorite boots. They look great, fit great and are very light weight while without sacrificing quality. I would totally recommend buying them. Some people said the laces give out quickly. That looks like it's true...one of my laces is already fraying after two to three weeks of wear.

My husband loved them. Felt that the shoe was slightly big, but he has very narrow feet. The quality of the shoe is excellent and the style hits the sweet spot between classic but modern

Comfortable and good looking, I am very happy that I bought these chukkas. They are serving me well as I navigate public transportation. With the added bonus of my feet staying dry on rainy days.

I read all the Zappos reviews on Chukkas. While I love style, if they are not comfortable... I won't wear them. I chose this shoe because I liked the look and because many reviewers commented on how comfortable they are out-of-the-box. I am not disappointed. Size was perfect and they are, in fact, comfortable out-of-the-box. I added a full-length Spenco arch-support in-sole to the existing in-sole (which I do for all my shoes), loosened the laces a wee bit and voila, super comfortable with the cushion and support I like. I've only had them for a week but love 'em.
