These are my go to winter shoes that keep my feet toasty warm, in fact I recently bought a second pair as my first pair was getting weather checked around the upper seam! They work perfect for my job in Alaska, I'm so glad that I found them!!

I live in Northern Illinois near Chicago. We've had a lot of snow but by the time I get to work its salted and shoveled. So I just slip into these and they keep my feet dry and all I do is slip into them. I love Merrells because I don't have to wear arch supports like I do with other shoes. Any Merrell I buy totally supports me. No more charlie horses in my legs at night. Love Merrels

I have a black pair of these Merrells that I wear virtually every day. Anticipating a trip abroad that will involve lots of walking, I just purchased a brown pair, which is just as comfortable---even the first time I put them on. I cannot praise these mocs enough. They're great on snow and ice, and they're waterproof. Adding the huge comfort factor (the spacious toe box is special), these shoes are hands down my favorite shoes EVER. Everybody needs to try them!

These shoes are very, very comfortable. I wanted something to wear in the winter when there is the potential of snow and ice on the ground and I don't want to wear clunky boots. They have great traction on ice and provide good foot support. They fit the bill perfectly. I love them.

I love this shoe. This pair was my second pair. The souls are thick and support feet well. I have had problems with my feet hurting in other shoes. I like that slip on and fit my feet well so I do not feel like my wet can come out easy. They do not slip on slippy surface . I now have a pair to wear at home outside and does not matter if they get dirty and a pair to wear off with causal dress.

Love these mocs. I had a pair previously in suede and wanted another in the smooth outer option. They are great, and provide amazing traction. I recommend them to everyone!!

Very comfortable and swarm, goodbon slush and snow

I was looking for a winter shoe that was comfortable and sharp enough tto wear to work. With arthritic feet, it is sometimes hard to find a comfortable shoe that looks dressy. This shoe fits like a glove and gives great support. I can wear th shoe all day without any discomfort. So good, I bought a second pair! Bonus - good traction in snow and ice as well as waterproof.

These shoes fit like a glove. Very easy to slip into and extremely comfortable. They are not bulky and have a slim look when on your feet - even with a size 9 1/2. The soles grip the snow and I feel much more secure walking on ice when I have them on. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Bought this for my wife - serves many purposes and has excelled in wintry conditions. She has commented on good, comfortable fit and great traction. They were great to and from the car in snowy/icy conditions on a ski trip and will be great for slipping on to go to work (upon arrival they would be switched out for dress shoes).

Merrell's size 9 M shoe fits me perfectly, although I long wore a size 8.5 N. Size 9M accommodates my bunion. I wear these will rather heavy smart wool socks. My heel doesn't slip out of the shoe when I walk, and they're a breeze to put on. I selected them for the Arctic Grip sole on wet ice, and I walk with comfort and confidence on surfaces that I'd have risked slipping on before. Blue fiberglass flecks embedded in the soles provide added stability on ice, including wet ice. (Photo closeups of soles may be accessed online.) Also, I suspect the lug sole traction pattern acts like sipes in snow tires. (The deep grooves help draw up surface water to increase contact between the sole and the ground.) I can't find info on the traction on light snow over ice, so I slip on ice creepers for those instances. These mocs are handsome and durable. Highly recommended!

I have always been afraid to walk on icy surfaces and dreaded winter because of that. This technology has created a shoe that gives you total stability on slippery surfaces, It is nothing short of amazing. I have had 2 Merrell styles with this sole, and both were about 1/2 size smaller than all my other Merrells. Not enough stars and thumbs up for these!!!!!

Very pleased with the comfort, fit, and workmanship. And most of all, extremely happy with the Vibram sole. I live in the mountains of Colorado and am often walking on packed snow and ice for months during the winter. These shoes make me as sure-footed as I have ever been in these conditions. The only thing better, in my experience, is putting metal cables or spikes on your shoes (and who wants to put those on and take them off repeatedly throughout the day).

Where I live, the winters are long and snowy. You can plan on months of slippery snow/ice covered sidewalks and parking lots. Well, thanks to these fabulous boots, I feel more secure walking outside and strolling through our town in the winter. I wear them EVERYWHERE! I'm now on my second pair...the first pair has become my around the house slippers...haha! Great job, Merrell, on the design of these boots!

Love this shoe. Accurate sizing. Very comfortable. Not too heavy. Great grip. Perfect go to shoe fir inclement weather.

I have been wearing these Ice+ Mocs for quite some time and loved them so much that I bought another pair this year. I spent years walking to work in snow and ice during the winter and there has never been a boot/moc that has made me feel safe walking on the slippery surfaces until I found these mocs with the Vibram Arctic Grip. These mocs are warm and feel great right out of the box. I have never had any issues with them and am so happy to have been able to buy a second pair of the only mocs/boots I trust for winter walking. As with all Merrell products, these are high quality and made to last. I wouldn't buy winter boots/mocs from any other company. Thank you Merrell!

I have been looking at moccasin type shoes for about a year. So many of the choices have a shaped heel that is narrow and rounded. This shoe has a wide heel that is solid underfoot for those of us who tend to roll an ankle. They feel very stable as I walk uphill to clean snow off the car in the morning, get out of the car on slick patches and slush and yesterday I was on unpaved ground and mud and simply walked thru a puddle to get the mud off the bottoms! They are easy to get on and kick off ...to leave the salt and slush at the door. Grateful to see a wide choice offered so that I can wear thicker socks. Very happy with this purchase.

No doubt Merrell products are the best. Sadly, most if not all people, don't realize it.
