Why can’t Merrill make this in women’s sizes? Maybe we don’t deserve adventure.

Got this for my husband, he loves how comfortable his feet are. l ordered the wide width and it was too clunky as he starts walking. Returning this and will probably look for a different style as a replacement.

I've had 3 pairs of Jungle Mocs & have been very happy with the purchase each time. Recently I bought the Moab Adventure Moc. It is a good-looking. well-made shoe. Fits me like it was custom-made. There's just 1 problem. As other reviewers have noted, the shoe doesn't slip on easily. My heel can't clear the back collar. Without using a shoehorn I have to mash down the collar into the shoe. then fish it out.

Overall I believe this is a very comfortable shoe. It is supportive and very great shoe in appearance. The only reason why I did not give it a five-star reviews was the way the upper back heel area collapses very easily when putting on the shoe. I must use a shoe horn to put on the shoe.

They're comfortable. They fit as expected. Unfortunately they got scratched up the first day worn. Guess they aren't meant for "off-roading."

I ordered these online expecting the same great fit as other Merrell shoes I own. So I put them on and walked out the door to go to an event, I noticed they were a little snug but after a few hours I had to admit to myself that they were uncomfortably snug. I'm disappointed because they are a great looking pair of shoes. I would have more carefully inspected them had I not had such great luck with past Merrell purchases.

The only shoe my 17 year old son will wear. Comfortable and good sizing. Pricey online, but delivered quickly and easy to order online. Difficult to find sizing.

Needed a shoe that could handle lots of walking at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the Highlands searching out lifting stones, but still look decent enough to go to a restaurant. These fit the bill and were very comfortable.

I ordered this in my usual size 13, the same size as the ventilators I use for hiking. I wish I could have ordered a half size smaller. Unfortunately, when your feet get to a 12, half sizes are almost never an option. fortunately, using a replacement insole solved the problem. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, these shoes are quite stiff and require some 'breaking in' before they are comfortable for an extended use. Overall, I still like Merrell's for hiking/walking shoes as they tend to have a generous toe box

Totally a well built product just ordered my normal size in 10.5 and it's a little tight.... Since I never wore them out and only tried them on I'm about to send them back and order 11s. Other then my only mistake no issues with this great company. Looking forward to seeing how the shoes do when I get right size.

I had to order 3 pairs and return two before i got the correct size. Although I already ahead a pair i purchased two years ago, nothing fit as expected. Mostly too wide. Wish sizing could be more consistent over time.
However the pair I do have now I enjoy very much and are comfortable.

I bought these shoes to wear to work. I really like the simple and uniform color and design. It's not nursing home ugly, and it's not black-tie fancy. It's perfect.
I deliver and install home theater equipment. I do a pretty even amount of walking around a job site, to and from my service vehicle, sitting and driving, and sitting on a floor to setup devices in cabinets. These shoes did not need a week to break-in. As advertised, they were immediately wearable and comfortable. They are fairly light, and not awkward to wear while sitting cross-legged.
While there is no pull tab on the heel, it is very easy to slide these on. However, I highly recommend using a shoe horn to prevent crushing the structure of the heel. I didn't need slip-on for easy and frequent removal. I'm lazy. I don't like to tie and untie my shoes.
I wore these in the rain with outside temperatures between 33 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. They kept me warm and dry. I did not apply waterproofing, I probably should have. I walked through heavy rain, avoiding deep puddles as best as I could, and water repelled fairly well. There was no soaking and no soggy soles or socks.
I usually wear Moab Ventilators. My feet get hot very easily. I found these shoes to be too cozy and warm once the outdoor temperatures warmed up and the rain dried out. So I'll keep these around for colder days.
I bought 3 pairs of this model. One of the pairs that I purchased had a shoe that fit much tighter than the others, surprisingly so. For this I gave 4-Stars.

I wouldn't wear these shoes on a long hike over rough terrain, but they look nice and are comfortable enough for every day wear. The only issue I have with them is that I have a little extra room in the heel. Other than that they look neat and are comfortable walking on sidewalks and stairs.

I have worn these for three months now. They are my slip-on shoes for the winter. I find they are comfortable and easy to slip on and off without having to bend over or sit down and use my hands. This particular leather quickly got a very worn and creased appearance. I definitely would not use them for dress up. They are fit well and I have not been tempted to replace the arch insert which I had done with many of my other shoes. One of my biggest concerns was that they would be too warm. My feet naturally stay warm and some of the Merrill shoes I have tried in the past made my feet too hot due that thin layer of foam the use to line many of their shoes.

Fit is just as expected - feels very good on the feet. Plan to use this shoe for winter walking - the tread feels aggressive which should be great for the snow and ice.

I usually buy my Merrell shoes at a retail store, but for this pair, I couldn't find them at my regular store so I decided to order them online. I've bought these shoes before so I felt comfortable that I would get what I wanted. I must say these shoes are very comfortable and I'm satisfied with them. I have issues with these shoes though, the shoes I've bought in the past slip on very nicely without the need for a shoe horn. These shoes if I try to slip them on without using my fingers or a shoe horn the padding behind my heel folds into the shoe very easily. I would have caught this design change if I bought them at the retail store. I also want expecting the price difference to be so dramatic between the retail store and online. I ended up paying g 60% more online versus the last time I bought my shoes from the retail store. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

Ordered a 10 1/2, it fits, however it was snug to get on, and a little snug on the top of the foot.

The ones these are replacing were my go-everywheres for a decade and made it literally through a swamp and countless trails and casual rock climbs. Typically worn bare foot, as these will be. So far every bit as comfortable, sturdy and good-looking as my old pair. Only small gripe is the toe cap is smaller and looks like it could separate over time (like on sneakers).

The Moab has more toe space than the Jungle moc, I went with the 8.5 W for that extra bit of wideness. Since I have a high instep and the front collar of the shoe is too tight, I cut it back to the first stitching and slit the elastic some and placed a vertical 1.5 inch cut over the highest part of my instep. I will go to a shoe repair place to have the cut overstitched so they last. Yeah, I know -why not buy shoes that fit. After sending back numerous shoes from many companies, these are the only non-octogenarian shoes that have been wide enough with a decent foot bed.

I purchased the Moab wide because they were wide enough for my feet, the Q2 women's slide was not. The Moab's foot bed was also more comfortable. Since I have a high instep the front collar of the shoe is too high and tight, but I have cut down this collar and put a split over where my instep is the highest. I will go to a shoe repair place to have this split side stitched to keep the cut from looking bad. I'd ordered a 10W for the width but it was too wide and finally decided on the 8.5 W. The toe box isn't pointy and there's lots of toe room. Had to buy a 10W to get the width in a tennis shoe.
Please make a Moab Slide in men's Wide!!
