At first I thought I was getting "just another shoe" that claimed to be waterproof. After more than a year, it's time for another pair because they are a favorite! I was driving back from work and stopped at my cousin's small family apple orchard last Fall. It was cold (about 48 degrees) and drizzling. She said she was out of Honeycrisp and couldn't leave the storefront at the barn. So wearing my dress slacks and dress shirt, I put on my raincoat with my MOAB Adventure Waterproof shoes thinking I would just be out there for a short while. Well... the grass hadn't been mowed, so think 10" tall orchard grass covered in millions of misty raindrops with more falling constantly. Ok, after picking 8 bushels of apples, I headed back to the barn. My pants were soaked, my fingertips were blue and MY FEET WERE BONE DRY AND WARM!!! She asked me, aren't those your work shoes? Yep! Work and play all day any day! The brown leather now is quite burnished and the shoes look used, but they are still waterproof and are proof positive of a great product.

Not the most stylish shoe but comfy as hell.

I got these for my boyfriend and he loves them. They are comfortable right out of the box. Just dressy enough for dockers, and casual enough for jeans. And they are waterproof. How can you beat that? Don't hesitate, order them already!

Extremely comfortable and true to size. Haven't been in the rain to comment on water proofing.

These shoes are a good fit for my work and casual wearing. I don't have to get two different pairs of shoes for different occasions. It does save my time and $$$.

This is my third order of this shoe. I use it for all around hiking and get 2+ years of good, heavy wear out of them. They're comfortable from the start--I'd wear them to bed if my wife would let me. I get the 'wet' variety, size 9, and the fit is predictable and consistent. I hike the ponderosas and cactus deserts of Arizona. When these shoes wear out I'll buy another of the same.

I really appreciate a good fitting shoe. Soft supple leather, good arch and nice tread. Wear them all daylong and feet don't ache at the end of the day.

I work second shift, and the parking lot at work is a maze of puddles. I bought a pair of Moab Adventures to keep my feet dry while traversing the treacherous parking lot. The shoes are great! My feet are finally dry no matter the weather. The traction of the shoes is also a welcome relief from icy conditions. I couldn't be happier with them! My feet measure 12 EEE and the wide size fits well. I highly recommend the shoes!

I have worn Merrells for several years. Was very excited to see this shoe when it came out as I thought it would be great for the office as well as weekend outings. I have always worn the Moab Waterproof and bought the Adventure expecting it to be slightly heavier as it is all leather. I was pleasantly surprised to find it equally comfortable and accommodating. Please never stop making this shoe!

I was for a shoe that I can wear for my part time job, with an airline. I work inside and out and this shoe is comfortable and durable.

Best thing about these shoes is how they look. Hiking shoes and hiking boots are notoriously ugly and loud, but these look casual and stylish while remaining waterproof and comfortable. They're so subtle they can be used with casual clothes, street wear, and even with formal attire! Waterproofing is good so far with light rain, but haven't tried it with rivers yet. The only possible improvement would be with the soul, it should be less flexible for more support and include more cushioning. But still nice and comfy, would buy again :)

This is my third pair. I buy a new pair each year but I am still using the old shoes for real dirty work. Wear like Iron and are really waterproof. (All leather.) Love them! Comfortable after just a couple of hours break in.
