Shoes are exactly as I expected. Fit great, very comfortable. I hope they last for a long time.

These are the second pair I have purchased. The first pair lasted years and took a lot of abuse, so I was delighted Merrell was still making this model. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. The first pair I wore to hike up to Machu Pichu and they were stars. No foot problems. This second pair is destined for the extensive yard work I have to do around my house. But they look good enough on me that I can also wear them to run to the store or for other errands.

The Merrell moab is a comfortable sturdy, waterproof hiker. Great for walking/hiking.

I work construction and landscaping in southern Maine. I've been active my entire life from hiking to working to joining the military. This shoe is probably the best thing you can get for your money. People complaining the shoe isn't waterproof are over expecting. No it is not a rubber boot you can't submerge your foot. But if you actually tie them they will hold up to a heavy rain for a good part of the day or puddles that don't crest the top of the shoe. These shoes hold up excellently to wear weather and articulated movements. They offer excellent arch support and the tread is deep and a great design. They are great for working on roofs and on all terrain and surfaces. They are comfortable durable and cheap for what you get out of them. After finally wearing out my first pair I bought on the advice of another gardener, I am literally buying another pair of them because I'm not going to even try to match the quality of this shoe at this price point. At this point I have had them for so long most of the stitching is starting to bust and I have worn out the back of the shoes with my ankle. the padding is starting to break apart as I've worn down the lining in some spots - but they lasted far longer than anybody had any right to expect. I don't take it easy on my footwear I climb staging I kick shovels and fence posts and work in a fab shop. For a daily shoe these would be hard to beat.

This pair was a replacement for the non-waterproof pair I had worn out. They feel just like the previous pair. The fit was perfect. I look forward to another few years of wear in all kinds of weather with this pair

Excellent shoe. Waterproof with good traction. Like the dark brown color. Nice looking work shoe with good arch support.

This is a very comfortable shoe. I have not had time to break it in but it seems to be just what I wanted.

I love the Merrell shoes. This is my 3rd pair of Merrells. I have size 14 feet and these fit perfectly. Most comfortable and look great too. I have an office job so I'm not on my feet constantly.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I wear them daily and they help relieve knee and lower back pain I experience from other similar style shoes. Great product

I've never been so impressed with a pair of shoes. They're comfortable, look good, and all purpose. They run tight, but has great arch support.

My husband hates shopping but knew he desperately needed all-purpose shoes with good support, so he let me order these for him...and he is in love with these shoes! He says they're the most comfortable shoes he's ever had!!! He has narrow feet and usually wears between a 13 and 14, so based on reviews I ordered the 14 and it fits perfectly. He also has flat feet so needs a lot of arch support, which these have. The waterproofing is an added bonus, and the grippy soles help give him more stability. He wears them on walks, to work and even to church, and he even said he'd like the other color in them too--thanks, Merrell!

I was looking for a pair of more durable trail shoes to replace a worn out version from another company and these caught my eye. The brown leather is beautiful and despite being trail shoes, they are nice enough to wear to my workplace. I found the shoes comfortable the moment I tried them on. No need to break them in (which is surprising for a leather trail shoe), and they offer great arch support. The waterproof nature of the shoe is another great benefit and I can't wait to put these to use on long trail walks in the fall and winter seasons. Great shoe, and I will certainly be looking to Merrell for future footwear needs.

I like that this shoe was made wide and has great grip. The design is to my liking and is very durable. I believe I have found a high quality item and plan to order again in the future.

I bought these shoes because I was looking for a stylish waterproof shoe. They fit perfectly- 10.5 Wide. There is plenty of room in the toe area. They are comfortable to wear and are very "grippy" on the ground.

This is not a "I've had these for a week and like them" review. I have had this pair for about 1.5 years. These are my daily shoes when I don't have to wear my work boots. I do a lot of walking at work and have used these for light hiking on occasion. I have had several pairs of Merrells over the years and with this pair having seen better days, time to retire them for a new pair. One of my favorite features on these is the Vibram sole. PLEASE do not change this. The Vibram soles and a good rigidity and sturdiness and wear well. Which by the way is one of the key features I look for.
