Exactly what I was looking for. I like how the sole comes up in the front and how the shoe fits.

These are the only shoes I reach for. I call them "street slippers." Very comfortable and with great ground feel. I wear them with socks and with an insert, but there is still plenty of sensitivity to the ground. They are really good for feeling one's "root" when doing tai chi, for example. In addition to plain dark colors, the only thing I wish the designers would bring back (in version 4?) is the loop on the upper above the heel. That loop makes them much easier to pull on. ( I do find myself shying away from reaching for the pair I have that do not have the loop.) At 72 years old, I look forward to wearing these for the rest of my life. My feet love them.

Great barefoot running shoes. If only Merrell would use this same sole on more normal looking sneakers. Bare Access looks good but the sole is built up. Yet to find any company to use a thin sole like this on normal looking shoes.

Shoe is lightweight and feels good on a padded indoor track. Fits easily in gym bag. My only problem is the fit is somewhat loose around the midsection of the foot. Some of the upper could be done using simpler stitching. Besides these two minor issues the shoe performs and feels exactly as expected.

These shoes are amazing

I am normally a size 9, had to return for 8.5, which fit perfectly. This shoe has really helped my running form as I would usually strike my heal first while running. Wearing these shoes almost makes it impossible to heal strike, so I have much better running form now. They are extremely comfortable.

This is my second pair of the gen 3 and I'm still a fan. It's ultralight, flexible, responsive, fits like a glove, and is more durable than previous generations (Merrell added a little bit of support to the shoe's upper in the exact place my previous 3 pairs of the Vapor Glove 2 ripped after 300-400km). I did wear out the sole rubber in a few hot spots on my first gen 3 pair but it lasted more than 500km before retirement and the upper wasn't showing any sign of wear. Also, these shoes turn heads.

This is a great shoe, buyers just need to be aware it runs one size larger than normal Merrell shoes.

Vapor Glove 3 are my "shoe of choice". They offer the perfect feel for a person like me, who experiences severe pain in the lower extremities. The Vapor Glove 3 is the closest thing to being "barefoot".

Lightweight, cool, comfortable...purchase every year and have never found a near competator!

These shoes fit just as expected and I love the width. An excellent purchase.

These shoes are perfect for running!

These shoes are awesome! I have enjoyed using minimalist shoes for months now and these are great. The colors available are really stylish, and the fit is great. I had to downsize from a size 8 US to a size 7 US in the vapor glove. Minimalist shoes tend to feel kind of big, but the wide toe box is great for the toes. I mainly use these for training in the gym and running. As I mentioned, these are 'comfortable' in their own way, because they allow you feet to feel the ground well, they keep your feet stable on the ground, and strengthen muscles that are neglected with regular shoe wear. I absolutely recommend these shoes because they look cool compared to other shoe styles out there, they are functional, and Merrell's customer service and delivery is great! Give them a try and if its your first time using them, make sure to ease into barefoot training but you will feel a great difference!

This is my 6 PAIRS vapor glove 2 and 1 VG3 both are excellent a minimalist and the best of all in my personal health benefits, I was diagnose of a flatfooted/plantar issue and back pain i used insert or orthotic insert it sucks. and the worst i could imagined the pain. the first pair i have since 2015- till now never look back pain free i can stand all day pain free my foot and calves getting stronger and my back i'm 55 i used this shoes for my daily workout / squat and deadlifting awesome. Most friendly travel shoes. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGED THIS PRODUCT I WILL KEEP BUYING THE ONLY BAREFOOT BRAND I HAVE THANKS MERRELL.

I've ran in the Vapor Gloves 1 and 2 as well. I liked the new mesh on the 2 and now I love the added extra 1mm protect pad on the 3. I took my first run in them last night and it felt soooo good. Despite being just slightly wider than the 2, I can still make it work on my narrower foot. The new, slightly elastic lace was also a great upgrade. I also have the new Trail Glove 4 and it may be the best one yet. Keep it up!

Great product. I wanted a light shoe I could slip, had a low sole and wouldn't fall apart. This does all three.

I've had the vapor glove 3 for a couple weeks now and wear them every other day. I bought these as a replacement for my pumas because puma just doesn't seem to want to make a thin sole shoe anymore without cheap looking glossy plastics. Long story short I have no regrets. The sole on the vapor glove 3 is quite a bit thinner than on the pumas and they feel almost as if you aren't wearing them. I love thin soles for when I'm driving. I get so much more feel from the clutch. They seem to be well constructed and should last me a long time. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

The Vapor Glove 3 is an excellent all-around minimal shoe for strength training. It is zero drop with very little cushioning which allows for a high amount of foot movement. These shoes are not waterproof and if you decide to walk outside in these there is almost no support. I have worn zero drop shoes for years so my feet have adapted. I wear these shoes daily and last me about 6-7 months.

True barefoot feel, zero drop, great connection to the road. Shoe seemed to run about a half size large for me, but it is exactly what I was looking for in a minimal shoe. I highly recommend this product.
