Exactly what I was looking for. A bit lighter than my Sorel Caribou's - still very comfortable and warm.

My old boots (from a competitor) cracked where the rubber and leather meets, so I bought these Sorel Buxton Lace Boots to replace them. So far, they feel very comfortable, warm and lightweight. It hasn't snowed here enough yet to comment on the waterproofing or traction, but the softer rubber sole and tread design makes me think that these will provide superior traction on my sloped driveway than the harder tread compound on my old boots. I'm hoping that these will last as long as the Sorel Arctic Pac boots that I bought 20 years ago. We'll see. And the price point of these boots are excellent. As far as sizing, I wear a size 8 men's shoe, but the 7.5 size fits perfectly, with just a little room for thicker socks. Size 8 felt too roomy.

Best winter boot I've owned. Perfect for my needs. I'm a very active older person who spends a lot of time outdoors in the winter. This boot is warm, comfortable and easy to get on and off. It's not overly large so hiking and walking long distances in snow is not as difficult as in the bigger boots. Very functional!

Warm and comfortable... laces stay tied. Had to go one size up from my normal sizing.

My Husband loves these boots (and he never likes boots) but he likes these. He says it feels like a slipper and is extremely water and snow proof.

I brought the boots 3 months ago for inter in upstate New York. I wear them for my daily walks and they are warm and extremely comfortable and fairly light for a water proof boot.

I bought these last year and these maybe the best, warmest, lightest, most comfortable winter boot I have ever owned. I do normally wear a size 10-1/2-11, I needed to get a size 13 in these, good thing I bought in a store and was able to try them on.
