I love this shoe, unfortunately the upper hit right at my inner ankle bone and rubbed. I had to return. The fit style and width were perfect though.

Straight out of the box, these shoes are like butter!!!! Super soft leather, the most cushion in a heel that I've even seen! I am stunned at how comfortable these heels are straight out of the box. They look really stylish and classic too- not "frumpy" looking at all. I ordered the black and I feel like these shoes are an absolute staple for every woman's wardrobe. I am super impressed- I wish they had more colors to choose from because I would order a pair in every color!!!

I purchased this shoe in black leather from Clarks 2 years ago. I'm a principal so I'm on my feet 24/7 and I can walk pain free. I wanted to purchase a second pair from Clarks but they don't carry them. I'm super excited I have found them on Zappos. People ask me how can I walk in those shoes all day and I always respond Clarks, the best shoe investment I ever made.

Finally, I can wear a pair of pumps without pain! I'm someone who hates heels, and it's not easy to please me. I bought the black patent leather. They are not stiff like other people said, and there is cushioning throughout the foot area that adds extra comfort from heel to toe. I have someone narrow (but not enough to justify being a narrow size) heels, and I had NO issue with the pumps slipping. The only recommendation is to order a size up. I'm normally a 7.5, and I had to exchange them for an 8. With Zappos' amazing shipping, everything was completed within 3 days! Thank you Zappos!

Full disclosure, I have these in black and love them! Perfect for any outfit and the fit is right on. I don’t have a lot of shoes, but wanted a pump in both colors that I can dress up on those rare occasions. These are about as comfortable as a heel will get- love the extra padding versus others I’ve tried- (and additional heel insoles are always an option) and I love these for conferences, dinners out, concerts, parties, etc. They just look classic and awesome. Well done, Clarks.

Love this shoe! I wear a 5M and often have trouble finding shoes to fit. A lot of size 5M shoes are too large. These fit perfectly and are super comfortable. I also ordered a neutral color and think these will be my go-to shoes.

Very comfortable heel with great arch support. These fit true to size.

This shoe is extremely comfortable for a heel. I’m not a big fan of the rounded toe so that’s why a I gave it 3 stars on style.

Ordered size seven medium and wide widths. Neither worked with the large bunion I have on one foot. So sorry to have to return these. The shoe looks terrific and was very comfortable, but the cut of the front of the shoe is too low for my problem foot.

Unfortunately the width on the left shoe felt like it was going to cause me pain after wearing them for a while so I must return them. However, they are beautifully made and they are a very elegant looking shoe.

This is my new favorite shoe! I got them in dusty pink and they're really more like a pale nude than pink. I was nervous the actual color would look more pink than the picture, but they're not. I haven't been much of a heel wearer in the past because I could never find any that were comfortable enough, but these are. They're beautiful on and go with anything. I love them! Highly recommend!

I just love these pumps, I think that for a leather pump the price is very reasonable and its a very stylish shoe. I do think they run a whole size big though. I ordered my normal size for a pump/sandal which is a 7 and I ended up going all the way down to a 6 in this shoe, otherwise my heel was slipping out. If you want a little more room in the toe box then you might consider ordering just a half size down and getting a heel cup.

I love these shoes! They are classic and I wasn’t yearning to have them off after hours on my feet.

These shoes are wonderful! I have a little bit of a wider foot and these don't squeeze my toes! I love them for dress or even with black skinny jeans for a fun date night! The heel is tall enough to feel fashionable, but not so tall that my feet hurt after an hour! Great shoe!

OMG these are perfect! Comfy out of the box (in fact, I got them at work and changed shoes for the day!) I love the color of the python shoes -- a very neutral "greige" Can wear with black, gray or browns easily.

I'm avoiding bunion surgery for as long as I can but at the same time, i like to be in style and wear sexy pumps. I was very afraid of how this shoe was going to fit, so went to Macy's and they only had 5.5 and it was a little loose. I'm normally size 6 so that was weird because very few companies are going to make pumps size 5! Lol. Well I order the 5 and I just waited and hope that they were going to be fine. Well I got them 2 days ago and they fit a little tighter so I put them on the shoe stretcher and today I finally wore them for 10+ hours. They were a little uncomfortable but definitely wearable. So I'm assuming that the leather will keep on stretching. I'm a happy camper! The leather is so soft as well! I just wish that they will make it on nude which is actually the color that I was looking for.

I write this review as a women with foot issues.... I have heel spurs and wide feet and struggle with most shoes. I was on my feet for nearly 5 hours at a party and was fine for most of the evening. They did start to hurt towards the end of the night but overall were really comfortable for a lady who's feet hurt even when wearing sneakers. There was enough room in the toes (usually they're to pointed, I can't do it due to having wide feet). These worked great.

actually comfortable! Need them for an upcoming wedding...tried them out on a dinner date w my hubby and no sore feet. I didn't give a 5 on comfort cause that would mean slippers to me.

Runs tight in the toes even though I ordered a wide width. Cute pattern and works with a lot of item in my wardrobe.

Sadly, these beautiful shoes didn’t fit so I returned them.

I bought 2 identical pairs of these shoes; one in black and one in praline. The praline colored pair fit perfectly; the black pair are the tiniest bit too tight so I am returning them.
