This should've been a great shoe, but it was really tight. The toe box seemed much too narrow, even though the shoe was a wide width. It would probably have been super comfortable, if it had fit.

I love these shoes! I thought I was done wearing high heels...I'm 72. But these are fabulously comfortable. I originally ordered the aubergine and pink. They are beautiful colors. The aubergine is very dark, almost black. The pink is very light, it almost looks neutral. The patent leather is very, very rich. The inside has the wonderful Clark's leather. So comfortable with great support. Last night I decided to order the black patent leather and black leather. I want ALL four pairs. I know I will not be sorry! I read some reviews that the toe box is tight. Luckily for me, they are just right. I have so many shoes...I really did not need four more pair! I have a feeling I am going to turn to these four over and over. They are classics. They look much more expensive than they are.

This is the most comfortable heels I've ever own. I purchased the black ones at first Just to try it out and I was amazed at how comfortable they feel that I had to purchase them in the blush pink. I Reccomen

Classic pump that I wear at work as a flight attendant. The shoe has a slight platform that makes it feel a lot flatter than the height of the heel would suggest. Easy to run/walk quickly if need be and comfortable enough to work on my feet for a good two/three hour flight. The only Con seems to be the material itself; it is beautiful, but it seems that it can be easily damaged if not careful.

I so loved these shoes and was heartbroken that they didn't work out for me. The black patent are very sophisticated. The kind of pump every women needs in her wardrobe. Had foot surgery a few years back and that darn foot just won't let me have the beautiful shoe. I recommended these highly.

Great shoe ... I've had a hard time finding a nice navy pump in the past. These are the perfect color and style. They are comfortable ... which I've come to expect from Clarks. I recommend!

So disappointed that I have to send these beautiful patent leather shoes back. My left foot has with mild arthritis & bad Morton’s Neuroma. The 3 inch heel was too much on that foot, but the right foot felt great. I order my usual 9 1/2 wide. Shoes fit perfectly on me. The leather is soft (no break in period needed) and the insoles felt comfortable. You won’t be disappointed in these Clarks (lately, I haven’t been thrilled with Clarks quality, but these are top notch Clarks). FYI - I also bought the Rockport patent leather, with a smaller heel, in a 9 1/2 wide. Again.. a really nice shoe with good quality materials. The heel is a little lower and it felt fine on my left foot. The shoes runs about 1/2 size too big. Due to having wide feet, shoes often run small on me, never big. If you need a larger shoe, that comes in widths, try the Rockport. If I ever win the lotto, I will have custom shoes only! Before Zappos, I would literally spend all day searching for wide shoes. Often to come home without anything. Thank you Zappos for making the search a little less painful.

Loved this shoe however I needed to exchange for wide because the toe area was too tight.

I wanted to love these shoes. Style and comfort. Style yes, comfort--no. So sad. They were tight the moment I put them on. At this stage in my life, I do not think I should have to "break shoes in".

I tried these on in store in my size (9 1/2) but the part across the toes was too tight and it does not give. I ended up ordering 1/2 size up to give myself some wiggle room. I ordered in dusty pink which looks kind of like beige with a pink tint to it, depending on the light. The padding in the shoe is fabulous, very comfortable! The patent also has a marvelous shine. The heel height and thickness were a selling point for me as well. You feel stable, not like you’re walking on twigs. The shoe itself is very stylish with an understated sexiness to it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars all around is because the part across the toes is tight so it forces you to go up 1/2 size, but other than that it is a great shoe. I would definitely buy it again in other colors!

When I first put this shoe on it felt like a pillow on my foot. I have worn them all day and went for a decent walk and my feet feel great. I ordered a wide even though my feet aren't all that wide.

Beautiful shoe but if you have a wide foot, it doesn't look as nice on. My toes felt smashed together when I tried it on. I'm going to have to return these.

I love way they look! They are perfect to wear all day! I’m a flight attendant, so wearing comfortable shoes is definitely important! I highly recommend these shoes! The patent leather looks fabulous!

I have very hard feet to find shoes for and I could not believe how perfect this shoe was for my feet. They fit like a glove instantly with no pain and were so comfortable. They felt like slippers on my feet. Really. I can’t say that about any pump I have ever worn.

Love these shoes! Even though they’re high heels, they are very comfortable. They fit well and don’t pinch anywhere, so I can wear them all day at work.

These are the most comfortable heel shoe I have ever put in my foot. Run true to size, padding on the insoles. I wear a 5 and it is very hard to buy smaller shoe with an adult look.

It had always been so hard for me to find Size-5 pumps with this much cuteness and quality! Size 6, which is the smallest size sold in “most” shoe stores, is always big to me, so, when I found these shoes, I had no other option but just to purchase. I bought two colors: Black Croc Leather and Praline Synthetic Patent, and when I received, I was so happy because both look so gorgeous and feel so comfortable. It fits perfect. Perfect Size 5. Perfect width.

A little tight at first but adjusts quickly. Lots of people tell me “cute shoes.”

These are perfect shoes for work. I am on my feet all day and I can make it in these shoes. Ran very true to size and good support.

I really liked this pair of pumps. I normally wear a 8.5-9M, and after trying 9M, 8.5M, 8.5W and 8W (thank you Zappos for the each of return/exchange), I settled on the 8.5W, since I've vowed to take care of my toes and my feet's comfort. I won't say it's as comfortable as slippers or sneakers, but for a pump with a good sized-heel, they're quite comfortable, and I'll be able to wear them for hours on end. The shininess of the patent leather really make this classic perfect for dressy/evening wear.

Perfect pair of black heels - classy and comfortable. I highly recommended these to dress up any outfit! Must let you know that these heels run TRUE TO SIZE. I made the mistake of ordering half a size larger (based on reading the reviews) and they were too big. I had to exchange for my size. Luckily Zappos customer service is always awesome and hassle free so I'm very grateful for the smooth exchange! Planning to get the black patent ones soon! Thank you Zappos!!

Amazing comfort without compromise style. Wish there were more color!

I love these shoes! I do not wear heels on a regular basis, but wanted a great pair of dress shoes on hand for when I want to wear them. I ended up with aubergine patent even though I wanted black patent- and honestly they look almost black anyway, so I'm not too worried. The shape of these shoes is sexy, and the heel high enough to feel fashionable, but not so high I'm immobilized. They also feel stable, and comfortable and easy to walk in, relative to other high heels. (I don't expect them to be truly comfortable or to run in them, but as far as heels go, these are very good.) I exchanged a couple times for size because my feet have changed recently, and ended up with an 11 wide. They don't feel wide- they feel like a normal width, but I guess heels might run narrow. I also have a foot that's wider in the front, and the regular 11 definitely pinched the front of my foot and toes. I am so glad I went through the effort of finding the right size, and that I tried the aubergine color. I'm very happy with them!

The fit was a little narrow (tight around the toe area) in my normal size 7M ( but still wearable). Hence, the four star rating. However, I then ordered the 7 Wide and they fit perfectly! This is a comfortable, light weight, classic pump. The first thing a noticed was how quiet they are while walking (no click, click, click). The slight platform and rubber bottom make them an easy and nice looking heel to walk in for work (flight attendant) The height is just right. If need be, I felt like I could run through the airport terminal and not miss a step!

Nice shoes, wore them around the house for hours. Pinched a little on one side, but i also had on socks to stretched them out a little.
