Normally wear size 9, returned for 8.5 and they are perfect.

I have small wide feet ( 6- 5E ) and it is impossible to find small footwear in my size. I buy these in a 7-4E which is the closest I can get to my size. Being a size larger the 4E width is comfortable and when laced up they do not slip around as much as you would imagine. They are very sturdy and comfortable. I normally do not buy clothing or footwear on line but I always buy from Zappos because they have a very wide selection and their free shipping and returns makes it just as convenient as shopping in a brick and mortar.

The fit and size were perfect. I bought these twice for my boyfriend and he states they are the best work boots he has ever had. Nice, comfortable work boots, he was thrilled. So I bought another pair!

I have wide feet and needed boots for the winter snow. I had a hard time finding boots offered in 3E/4E and these fit the bill. Great price and build solid. So happy with this purchase. The only thing is the inserts are thin and not comfortable. I replaced them with Aetrex L2200 memory foam inserts and now they are perfect.

These boots have the style of Doc Martens, but are much more comfortable. They are also warmer and waterproof, while still comfortable to wear indoors without overheating. They ran about a half-size too large for me, but otherwise the boots are great.

Boots felt great. It is so hard to find a wide boot, I wear a 4EEE. I have looked for two years. Finally, I have found the right boot. Thank-you Zappos.

I use these for general yard work. I bought the tan color. They are solid and easy to lace. Good traction. Supportive. I'd buy them again. Reasonably priced, a good buy for the quality you get. Not much style but what would you expect? These are good work shoes.

Similar to my army issue bates. Love them!

This Wolverine model is heavier and more bulky than my Harrison model Wolverines. Also the XW width is not as wide as the boots labeled EEEE widths.

It was a little wide and long around the toes but fit fine around the heel, not great ankle support after about 2 weeks of use.

Compared with other brands of shoes & boots, these felt a full size—or more—larger than expected. Holding up well over time on the outside, but still not broken in to the point where they’re comfortable to wear for long periods of time. With separately purchased insoles for arch support, they’re easier to wear.

They fit a half size bigger I normally wear a 9.5 and should’ve got a size 9 rookie mistake

Overall I am very happy with the quality and comfort. Felt a little large but based on other reviews I was expecting that but wanted a little larger for thicker socks come winter.

Pretty good. It’s hard to find boots in my width. For me, these have a little extra room in the ankle and toes and as I walk they rub against my calves a bit, but with some thick socks they’re pretty good. Seem sturdy.

This boot is very nice with soft, quality leather. I opted for the light tan color. The size was problematic in that it took a couple of tries to find the correct fit. I normally take a size 11 and the size 10 in this boot fit my foot. Very comfortable once fitted. It's too early to comment about durability,

The fit is very large

These are big shoes and heavy . And I don't mean how the shoe fits. I mean the overall size of the shoe. I own a pair of wolverine durashocks and these look mammoth compared to the durashocks. I'm surprised they didn't come with a couple of bolts I could screw into my neck

I have a very high arch and wide feet, hard to find boots that fit. these fit great BUT will need to be broken in and will need to purchase foot pads for extra cushion
