These shoes are awesome!! I work in a hospital where I am on my feet on day. I also struggle with plantar fasciitis, and these are the best shoes for my feet....

They provide enough of a cushion that they will sufficiently absorb the shock of several mines, yet low-profile enough to feel sleek and smooth; not clunky. That combination of not clunky + adequately cushioned seems like a hard one to come by. Mizuno knows what they're doing in constructing these shoes.

I LOVE the new Wave Sky! One of the most comfortable shoes I've worn--very plush and cushioned without being heavy, and the new SmoothRide is just that. I tried the Wave Enigma a few years ago, and it was too stiff, and I've been wearing the Wave Sayonara for the past year plus (on my 3rd pair), but I needed something with a little more cushion, and I am loving these. Know that the toe box is a smidge narrow!

I am training for a marathon in May. I love the Wave Rider for my every day runs and my half marathons. I was looking for a more cushioned shoe for my long training distances and my marathon. This shoe is AMAZING! It's seriously the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn for running! Every time I put them on, their comfort makes me smile! I did a 20 mile training run today, and these shoes were awesome! I love them so much I bought two more pairs. I'm afraid to try the Wave Sky 2, because I don't know if it will fit and feel the same. So, now I have two back up pairs of the Wave Sky. Whether it's the Wave Rider or the Wave Sky, I'm a Mizuno running shoe fan for life!!

Been a fan of the viper for years but they were out during my need! So sky was it, and I am not disappointed. I run fine in them and pleased of the purchase especially for doing it online. Recommend, light but solid where needed.

Shoe provides a great snug fit for over pronators!!

I am a nurse and I bought these shoes for work. I had several coworkers try them on and two have since bought the same shoe for themselves with others saying this would be the next shoe they buy. Great cushion and support, even through a busy 12 hour shift

Glad I was able to replace my old Mizunos with this new model. Fits as well as my old ones, but offers better support and cushioning.

Great cushion for long runs. A bit heavier than the wave rider.

These replace a prior pair and are an even better fit and level of comfort than before. This shoe style made me a mizuno convert a year ago No other shoe provides for my feet this level of stabilization & comfort.

These shoes seem to fit my foot better than any that I have worn.

very happy, great for walking, walk 4 miles once a week and feet felt great. super comfortable, i have a little greater than medium width foot.
