If you need a great cushioned shoe, this is the one. I run in the Inspire, but I am on my second pair of the Sky and as long as they don't change them, I will buy this repeatedly. The name is well suited as they feel like walking on clouds in the sky. I highly recommend this shoe to anyone on their feet for long periods of time. Fit is true to size. Mizuno knocked it out of the park with this one.

I've been wearing Mizuno sneakers for the past 3 years. I need a neutral sneaker and these feel great. If I get sneakers that are for over pronation they throw my whole body off effecting my knees, hips and back. Not a good thing ! A lot of sales people do not know which sneakers are neutral and which are stability so I can't always depend on what they tell me. I decided to buy directly from this website as I had a better choice of colors and they specified which were neutral so there was no guessing.

I usually wear the Wave RIder, but the saleslady at Fleet Feet recommended the new Wave Sky. As soon as I put it on, I was sold! The cusioning is even and perfect throughout and the toe box felt wider than the Wave Rider (which is key for long runs). I was so confident about these shoes, I actually wore them for the Eugene, Oregon Marathon this Spring right out of the box and loved them every mile! I have been running in them since May and they have held up so well. I will be purchasing another pair in the next few week! Please don't change anything about these running shoes!

Comfortable - but 1/2 size too short. My prior Mizuno's were also too short

I love the Mizuno Wave Sky for my long runs, easy days, and any run on concrete/hard surfaces. I often run a pedestrian path on a local bridge, and this is tough on your knees, bones, and joints. The Mizuno Wave Sky offers great protection for my runs. I am a neutral runner with very high arches and the arch support in this shoe is excellent. When I received the shoe, it felt heavier than the running shoes I normally wear, but after a few miles I didn't seem to notice. The cushioning is good for higher mileage running. I have around 100 miles on my shoes so far and will be buying another pair when these wear out. I expect them to last a long time because they show no wear so far.

Absolutely love these shoes. They have become my go-to shoes for running and all things fitness, including classes like boxing. They provide the perfect support for my high arches and have enough cushion that I feel like I'm walking on a cloud.

I absolutely love running, I really try to do five mines a day (walking ad running) and I honestly still consider myself a beginner so finding the right kind of gear is very important. I have gone to different running stores and get fitted the right way and I always fall in love with Mizuno. Over the years I have tried different shoes of Mizuno and when i heard about the Wave Sky I actually could not wait to get my hands on them. I actually run different than when I walk in tennis shoes, I need a shoe that has a lot of support on both heel and also on my toes. I also like a roomy feel in the toe box with the Wave Sky meets just those needs for me.

I started running regularly (3-4 times a week) last year and have had issues with shin splints ever since. I've continued running because I enjoy it so much, but after every run my shin bothers me to the point it hurts to put pressure on it. I've tried a few different shoes and the result is always the same. Earlier this year it got so bad that I had to take a few months off in hopes of healing my shin bone completely to prevent further injury. As a social media influencer I was sent these shoes to test out and review, and let me tell you, they have been a game changer! The first time I used them I hadn't run in a couple of weeks so I was nervous, but after warming up and starting my run I felt absolutely no pain. I've run with them two more times, all within the same week, and have not felt any pain in my shin! Not only that, these running sessions have been the smoothest I've had. The Mizuno Wave Sky shoe makes no claim of preventing/healing shin splints, but I credit them for making a difference. The shoe is designed to offer a stress-free, smooth, stable run, and it definitely lives up to that! The design is different than any I've used as I tend to go for the flat bottom shoes, but these have changed that for me. They fit snug, but the sole is cushioned so it's a comfortable fit, and you have a feeling of stability. They have made running effortless and pain-free for me! The Mizuno Wave Sky shoes are hands-down my favorite pair I own and will be my go-to for running from now on. One piece of advice: Use thinner socks with these shoes ;) They fit more comfortably, in my opinion.

I am loving this shoe! It has major cushion like a support shoe (which I need right now), but is so light on my feet. I love when a shoe can make me feel like I'm bouncing. Great choice for neutral and stability shoe lovers alike.

My overall thoughts on the Wave Sky.... true to size! They make a great shoe for more than just runners. Even though the shoe is geared towards runners... it's a fantastic shoe that will work amazingly well for any activity or sport and even casual wear while you are out and about.

I need a good cushioned shoe for my longs runs during marathon training and I was super excited to see that Mizuno finally made one! These were so cushy it felt like I was running on clouds. They are lightweight, responsive and most important, comfortable! I can't wait to do my long runs in these!

I have come to love shoes with cushion so this shoe is perfect for me. The fit is comfortable, perfect on my narrower foot but roomy enough in the toe box. This shoe is great for longer and shorter distance running. Besides the great performance of the shoe I love the design and the color choices!

These are awesome! I'm a neutral runner and these have the perfect amount of cushion without being TOO cushy. The toe box is the perfect size. I love the turquoise color. I am very impressed with the Wave Sky and I will continue to run in them.

I just finished my 1st half marathon and it was time to retire my old shoes. I came across the Mizuno Wave Sky and fell in love! I am currently getting between 10-15 miles in a week and they're amazing! They are true to size!

I received a pair of Wave Sky in return for my honest review. I've been wearing the Wave Rider for over five years now. I love it. After years of wearing a super supportive shoe and suffering from plantar fasciitis and other running injuries, switching to a cushioned shoe made a huge difference. No more injuries. Now I also love the Wave Sky, which is a neutral shoe with great cushioning. It has a sock-like fit, which I worried would feel too restrictive, but that hasn't been a problem at all. The feel of the shoe is light and responsive. You really do feel like your running on a cloud. I just wore them last weekend for a half marathon and I felt great throughout the race and afterward. And hey, it looks great too! The Wave Sky makes a great addition to my running shoe rotation.

I normally run with a super lightweight shoe and require a larger toe box. When I received the Wave Sky in the mail , I wasn't so sure I was going to like them, or if they would work for me since the toe box seemed narrow. However, I put them on and went for short run and was pleasantly surprised at how great they actually felt. The cushioning is AMAZING! And they're not heavy at all. It felt like I was running on clouds. The name is totally fitting to this shoe! I think I have found my new go to running sneaker.

My past running shoes haven't been as cushioned, but I loved how my feet felt in these from the first time I tried them on. They are supportive, but still have a great responsiveness when you run. I've always worn Mizunos for my runs, and these do not disappoint! This next training season will be done in the Wave Sky! I've already recommended these to some friends who were looking for new shoes!

I absolutely loved the Wave Sky Running shoes. I have had them a few weeks and have used them for walking, running and lifting weights and so far, they have been so lightweight and comfortable. The sole provides just the comfort my feet need and the width are also perfect.

In addition to being a beautiful shoe that I am so proud to wear, the Wave Sky sneaker fulfills the cushioning and comfort a runner dreams about. I'm thrilled. Thank you Mizuno!

I have loved the Mizuno product line for a long time. I am a runner that bounces between neutral and stability shoes depending the distance that I am running so I have grown to love both the Mizuno Wave Rider and the Wave Inspire over the years. The Wave Sky replaced the retired Enigma and I was excited to take them out for a spin. I had only minor experiences with the Enigmas a few years ago, so I was not too sure what to expect when I tried out the Wave Sky. When I put on the Wave Sky for the first time, my first reaction was to the amount of cushion I felt as well as the "softness". My other Mizunos have felt much more "firm" than the Wave Sky so this was something that I wasn't expecting, but was pleased to feel. I was worried that there might be too much "squish" but on the run, the extra cushion was great! As cliche as it sounds, it kind of felt like running on clouds, yet still had the support of a great Mizuno shoe. The Wave Sky does seem to feel just slightly smaller than other Mizuno shoes. I wear an 8 in running shoes across the board, and the 8 fit, but had a slightly smaller feel to them. You might need to size up or might not, so I do suggest trying on at a local store if possible. (Disclaimer: I received a complimentary pair of Mizuno Wave Sky and compensation for my time in exchange for my honest review through FitFluential)
