Perfect for cold winters

My daughter loves the stylish lines of this parka. It fits fantastic and will keep her warm during the cold winters in Illinois.

Super warm, can't wait to put it to use for my first Chicago winter! Recommended by Chicago winter veterans.

This coat is comfortable and true to size. I wear a 6-8 and bought a medium. It has room so I can layer underneath for really cold days. The hood is a fashion statement with the fur trim and it compliments your curves the way it is cut.

The artic down parker is fabulous, warm and light weight. I love the feel of tge lightweight coat that keeps me warm through the cold weather. I recommend this coat to others.

This coat keeps the wind out and I can't even tell it is cold out when wearing it.

This is a gift for my daughter to use at college. I think she will love it.

The best investment I've ever made in my life and now I finally have it.

Great coat, warm and stylish

I purchased this jacket, just under a month ago. I first bought a parka that was $500 that I was not in love with, and then decided to go with his one. I am usually a small, but got an extra small because it was the last one they had at the store (and online has been sold out). It fits well, but is a little snug when I give hugs, etc. But that is my fault for getting one a size too small! (it still fits great though and isn't uncomfy but I would suggest that you go with your "normal" size) The pockets are large enough so you can store your gloves in there and other things. I also tend to walk a bunch with my hands in my pockets, and the extra room makes it perfect and comfy. It is VERY warm! I walk to work in single digits and keep warm. I love that the hood has the draw string. You can really bundle up for those cold days and not have your hood whipped off by the wind. I am so glad I made the decision to go with a north face that I though looked appealing and kept me warm. I spent over two hours in the store looking for the perfect jacket and so glad I found it.

Okay so let me first start off with the fact that I LOVE THIS JACKET. Bigger ladies, I have the XXL and although I don't normally take an XXL in clothes (XL in Old Navy, Size 18 Jeans American Eagle) it fits just PERFECTLY. So I'd say its perfect for the lady who's borderline plus size. Its lightweight, yet warm, the fur is amazing, it doesn't look fake at all. The hood is down filled so theres no way you're getting cold while wearing this jacket. The length is PERFECT and the cinched waist gives a great look. In the photos it doesn't show but you can clip up the tails so thats its uniform on the bottom all around. The ONLY complaint I have and I couldn't possibly take a star away for it is that the logo is on the back shoulder instead of near the breast where it usually is. Because lets be honest when we pay nearly $500 for a jacket we want it to be noticeable. But theres one on the sleeve near the cuff and on the back.

This coat is fantastic. Super warm, fitted and looks great. I live in NYC and walk everywhere--this is rough in the winter. I am so excited to have this coat for this season, I know it will keep me extra warm and comfortable while walking around the city. The lining is great and the fur around the hood is a nice touch. Definitely recommend this coat for anyone living in those colder areas where you need some real warmth when outside.

I ordered this jacket for my daughter for Christmas. She was THRILLED! It was exactly what she wanted. She stated it was the warmest jacket/coat she's ever worn...and we need warm here in the U.P. of Michigan. Thank you for making such a awesome product. It looks great on her too!

I walk a lot every day in my commute to work and so far this is the best coat I have got. It is super warm and what I love the most looks great!!

I have been on the hunt for a practical, but stylist parka. I am so tired of coats that don't cover my butt and give me a chill. I order several from other companies, and ended up returning them for one reason or another. After reading reviews, I finally bit the bullet and bought this one in black. I AM SO IN LOVE. It's exactly what I was looking for, and feminine, flattering, not too long, and also does the trick walking around the snowy/icy/cold campus at Cornell. Hurray! I finally have a winner that I won't be returning.

Graphite grey is the color of my new Womens Arctic Parka...Its sporty as well as casual I can wear a dress under it and still look professional. I am in the process of coordinating my Jacket with the Kitten Grey/Plum W omens tall Zophia boots. Relief is what I get when I am wearing my jacket with the satisfaction of the warmth that I feel. You can't get that anywhere...But at North Face! Thanks for making my Holiday complete, it was the best gift that I could give myself. Love this coat!!! Just got back from Fairbanks...went on 4 mile hike in a winter wonderland with temp at -5 and coat was awesome!!!

Bought this for my mom for Xmas and she's ALWAYS cold . I have one as well and she also agrees it is the warmest and stylish coat around . Plus we have dogs and dog hair doesn't stick to it like other materials . Love it !

i LOVE LOVE this coat. It is perfect. I HATE the winter, and so far I haven't minded being outside in the cold because this coat is SO. WARM. Other reviews have said the sizing is a little small, and that is correct. I am about 5'4" and about 115lbs, according the website sizing thing they recommended an extra small, but the small actually fits perfect. It's not too bulky, but extremely warm. This has been my favorite purchase so far this season.

I live in Wisconsin where it tends to get very cold, rated as the 3rd coldest city! I walk to and from work each day about 1 mile each way.My parka not only keeps me very warm and dry, but is also very attractive! This item runs true to size, is machine washable and drys beautifully in my dryer! I LOVE this coat! I am so impressed I have been buying this item for each of my 3 daughters and at least 3 friends have purchased this item on recommendation! Thank You North Face!
