Love it! So warm!

We had an artic blast in the weather and this is the warmest coat I ever owned.

Had to reorder (my older one had to be replaced) and was saddened after my allergy tests proved I was allergic to feathers (reason I had to return )-: ) but bought another one with synthetic stuffing. This coat was amazing!! Loved how warm it was. It was heavy and it waterproof (not happy). But other than that. It didnthe job!

I needed a new winter coat, one that would be waterproof, block subzero temperature mixed with high winds. This coat does the job. It is comfy and warm without being heavy and restrictive. I am very happy with my purchase.

use it in extremely cold weather

Would have exchanged for the Medium if they had any more in stock. But due to the popularity, I settled for keeping the small. Overall, love the jacket and have been testing its warmth due to COLD NYC weather lately, and have been very happy!

My daughter brought it as an Xmas gift for football games. With cold winter storms, I was able to use it as well. The long length cover the backside while sitting in the car or sitting in a stadium seat. Inside zipper pocket too.

NE winter gear on point! Feel warm and stylish for Boston weather without the usual bulk of winter clothes. I'm relatively fit and petite, at 5' 3" I bought the small - this jacket is a perfect fit! I love the fluffy down and am comfortable with heading out in temperatures below 0. Purple was the color for me. Absolutely worth it, and doesn't look like I'm walking around in a sleeping bag!

Stylish princess cut . sturdy looking. I have gotten plenty of compliments. I have used it since I bought it a month ago Dec 2017. NY has had below zero temps and it has delivered. Windproof, check. Waterproof, check. I tested and it's a keeper. Just wish there was at least one more inner pocket. The inner pocket on the left chest is zippable keep my driver's lisence and cash easy reliable access.

Jacket is warm have been out in 0 degree windchill at 20 mph and been warm. It is very comfortable and not too bulky for the warmth it provides. just enough style to go with any outfit either casual or more dressed up.

Bought this for my wife who I moved up to Boston from the South. She hated the harsh winters here but now that she has this coat, she's finally enjoying the Northeast. She absolutely loves the coat!

Living in New England you've got to have this coat! You can't feel any cold or wind when you're all tucked in to this jacket. It's my second one, only because I grew out of my other one and the zipper just couldn't hold out any longer or I would've kept wearing it!

I've had many coats over the years and all of them have some desirable traits and some things that are lacking. But this one has everything I'd want in a coat. It's amazingly warm but not bulky and breathable enough that I don't overheat right when I get indoors. It's stylish, but no sacrifices are made in comfort to make it look nice. I love that the hood stays put, even in wind and snow. The only minor trouble I've had is that since there's a double zipper (which is helpful when sitting and moving), it has gotten stuck when I'm zipping absentmindedly. It's an easy fix though.

After a TON of searching, I came across this coat. It is figure flattering, incredibly warm, and the perfect length and weight. I'm 5'5 and 130 pounds. I ordered a size small, and it fits perfectly. It's a tiny bit snug with a thick sweater or jacket underneath, but is still comfortable. This jacket is warm enough to wear with just a T-Shirt under. I live in northern Illinois, and it holds up against our brutal winters. Overall, it's a great coat, and well worth the investment.

I received this jacket as a gift from a friend. I was skeptical because I usually don't purchase northface products but after wearing this jacket for a month I'm definitely hooked! Im considering getting one for my mom for next years winter. :)

Got this coat for myself as a Christmas present since I travel a lot to cold places. The quality is amazing and the coat itself is very warm. The length is pretty long but it comes in handy for keeping your body warm. My size was perfect thanks to the size-assist tool on the website. Would definitely recommend this coat to everyone and no doubt I would buy it again, however I highly doubt I'll have to since the quality is so good!

I love this jacket! We have been having record low temperatures this winter, and this jacket helped keep me warm! I love the longer length. The jacket runs a little small, so if you plan to wear layers under it, I would suggest sizing up!

I absolutely love this jacket. I'm an avid winter walker, and in Minnesota, weeks of sub-zero weather are common. I wear this coat outside for long walks and it keeps me snuggly warm - it blocks wind, traps heat, and keeps me dry when it snows. I especially love the large, secure zipper pockets, and the thermal wrist holes at the end of the sleeves. It's an all around A+ from me!

I spent many months prior to my purchase searching for a jacket for your heavier than average girl. I'm approaching my 30's and have always lacked self confidence and when it came to winter and cold weather I hated doing anything outside or going any where because I didn't have a stylish jacket that was warm. In Wisconsin, winter lasts longer than your average season and I gave up searching for an XXL jacket that was stylish, name-brand, and warm but Christmas and super cold temperatures was quickly approaching and I never thought to look at TNF for a jacket. The day I visited TNF online, I placed my order. Thank you so much TNF for making a jacket in this size, of this great quality. For once in many years, I have confidence wearing a jacket that is stylish and made for women of my size. You have no idea how frustrating it is to search store wracks through and through looking for a jacket that is of high quality and true to size let alone beautiful and actually warm! You will love this jacket. If you're on the fence about if it will fit... don't be. This jacket it true to size. Bravo TNF and thanks again! P.s. I totally caught my husband slipping my jacket on to let the dog out when it was nearly 20 below zero because of me raving about how soft and warm it is and how the length keeps the cold out!
