This jacket is beautiful! I am 5'6" and around 175# so I ordered the Large. It fits great! The coat is a lot heavier that some of the other TNF puff coats but the cut is much more stylish! Big fan!

Ordered this jacket for a green bay packer game this December. I'm from California so i knew I would need something warm! Haven't used in cold temps yet but the jacket feels very warm and long enough to cover my upper legs. I'm very excited to use this jacket in Green Bay this year!

I bought this coat for Europe in January and I am in love. The coat is slim fitting and is comfortable to wear.

The color is exactly like it is online. The jacket is not too heavy, and it doesn't feel clunky or restrictive.

I bought it because I moved to Oklahoma from a warm climate. I am a very cold natured person. I only had it one winter and it kept me very warm and cozy. I would recommend it to any cold natured person. As soon as I can financelly see to repurchase another one.

Great coat bought in preparation for a trip to NYC in February. Limited use demonstrates it will be very warm and provide total coverage (head to past bottom) which will be necessary for Northeast's winter.

Bought this for my first winter in the north. It is warm, cozy, and honestly one of the greatest coats I've ever owned. From a Georgia girl in Boston, this coat is fabulous.

I am moving to Boston in the fall and a friend recommended this parka. I'm live in a state where its hot year round so this coat will keep me from freezing to death in the North East!

I love this jacket because it is warm and stylish. However, one thing i dislike about this is the hood. The hood is somewaht small and the faux furr on the hood stops halfway down your ears.

Got the coat just in time for the last couple of winter storms. Although I didn't get to test it in a downpour, It was great in moderate snow. Definitely warm enough for average PA winters. I got a large (having exchanged a medium) to allow room for a layer underneath. The hood provides good coverage.

I bought this coat after going through coats where the zipper would break. I bought a small and this coat is perfect! It is true to size and looks great on me. It is also not to long. It is extremely warm! I am so happy I bought it!

I am 5'4'' and 120 pounds. I took a chance on XS, and it fit fine enough, but it restricted my movement, and I wouldn't have had enough space to move around in it. I really loved the slim silhouette though! Like other reviewers said, the collar is very stiff and not comfortable zipped all the way up.

In all, I ordered 7 jackets for my daughter to try. She is going to college in the fall and needs something warm but nice looking. This by far stood above all others. She is 5'11" and normally a medium. We went up a size to get the arms a little longer. She has grown up skiing and is used to cold weather. However, during a visit, another student said a ski jacket wouldn't cut it and she would want a long North Face Parka. This will take her from walking to class to her internship in style. The red was beautiful, but we returned it for the more practical black. She is enamored with the gift!!

I used this coat for a trip to Sequoia during a recent snow storm. It kept me warm and dry, I only needed a single layer underneath and I was perfectly warm. The hood is nice and big and keeps the snow and wind out, and it also zips up high to keep your neck warm too. The Sequoia red color was like a burnt red, which I liked because I didn't want all black. I paired this with snow pants and TNF snow boots and I was dry even when walking in knee deep snow. I would buy this again and again, and am definitely buying TNF coats for my kids.

Winter is way too long where I love and we have spells were the weather is not compatible for me and going outside! But not with north face clothing; this woman's artic parka has you covered in all areas to keep you Warm! and stylish. Plus with the great quality and warranty, your set for a good long time. What's not to like.

Absolutely love this jacket! One of the best purchases I have ever made. I'm the type of person who gets cold easily, but with this jacket I'm not afraid to go out into the cold winter weather anymore.

This is my go-to winter jacket. It's is extremely water proof, warm, and comfortable. It is a slimmer fit, but is also flexible.

I didn't realize how much I was missing out with my previous not-waterproof, non-hooded, and small jacket. This jacket is incredibly cozy- it's not too warm when temperatures raise in the daytime and keeps me really warm in the colder temps. This jacket feels very luxurious to me.
