I absolutely love this coat. It's very warm, very comfortable, and the closed cuffs with the thumb hole are an added bonus. I would love if there was an elastic tightener at the bottom, but the coat is great as is!

Montana temperatures can swing 50+ degrees in a matter of hours. This jacket performs well - love the Omni-heat lining, and the attention to detail like the thumb hole cuffs. I specifically bought the jacket because it had a well constructed (and attached) hood. Zippered pockets adequately secure my gloves.

This jacket is warm without out being puffy. It dries quickly and doesn't absorb water. The length is a little longer than your waist which is nice when it's really cold. I have a black one similar to this one and it's still in great shape after 4 years. I highly recommend these jackets.

So I ordered my jacket based on the measurements provided, but it was way to big. The quality was very nice and I am excited to order another one, but in a smaller size.

Coat Runs little bigger. I got the rust color and have gotten a ton of compliments on it. It is warm and light at the same time!

My new favorite Columbia Jacket for surecomfy/soft/warm, while remaining totally lightweight. I love the soft hood lining and thumb cuffs are always a nice feature. It's just a smidge roomy (est. half size) so it's perfect if I ever want to wear a thick sweater underneath.

This jacket is great! The deep rust picture accurately shows the color. The coat is warm but isn't too bulky. I love that it has a hood for those cold winter months! Thank you Columbia for making such wonderful products!

I love the color (deep rust)! it is so warm, but I don't feel bulky in it. Being plus size, I don't need to add to my bulk, and this jacket makes me feel slim! I hope that you keep this style for years to come.

I love that I am not over warm but very comfortable in this coat. Rain flows right off for work or any other activities that require me to be out in the weather.

I've been looking for a good quality jacket for sometime now. This one met all my expectations and more. It's not too thin or thick. I'm hot natured and was worried about wearing vs carrying around a jacket while shopping. So far this one has been a perfect match for me! I bought a 2xl and it fits like a glove. Not too tight not too loose, but I do feel it seems to run a tad on the small size!

Perfect for chilly days. Jacket feels light but keeps you plenty warm! A few stray strings that needed to be clipped, but nothing that impacted the integrity of the jacket.

It fits perfectly! It's so hard to have plus size coats fit me. When I opened it and put it on I couldn't believe it fit so true to size. 1X I can't wait to wear it this winter.

I really love this coa. The color, fit, and warmth are great. However, my zipper keeps getting stuck.

I really like the fit of this jacket. The hand cuffs are a nice touch too. The color is more of a brown than a green.

Warm, only thing that would make it better is a two-way zipper. I will be installing one.

i wanted it to be warmer for the price. i tried it out in 30 degree evening and felt cold even with a hoodie underneath. i was looking for something that would be comfortable all winter.

Fit is perfect for me. Runs a bit small overall. I wanted something heavier than a sweatshirt, but lighter than my winter coat. This fits the bill. Not bulky at all and the stitching is flattering. Great color too (nocturnal). Love it!

I like my jacket but its too tight. I should have gotten a bigger size.

I usually wear XL or 2XL, size 18. I have a similar Columbia jacket in XL standard that barely zipped. I like some room in my coats so ordered 2X, but it was huge. Exchanged for a 1X and it's still pretty roomy. My complaint is that the shoulders on the plus size jacket are very wide and boxy. I have narrow shoulders so it looks kind of sloppy.

First and foremost I love my new purple coat. It fits perfectly, has the holes in the lining for thumbs and is very comfortable.

I love the fit of this jacket. As another shopper said, I'm well endowed and plus size and this jacket not only isn't too tight but also flatters my shape, unlike some similar products from other brands. I only wish this coat was packable (with its own pocket to shrink down in). I plan to use if more travel mostly since it rarely gets too cold where I live. But this coat looks so cute on me I am afraid I am going to have to keep it and just pull it out the minute it gets even slightly chilly. I'm sure I'll figure out how to travel with it too, lol.

This is a nice jacket. I love the fact its lightweight but WARM! Chicago winters come early so this jacket is perfect for Nov.- early Jan. There are a lot of colors to choose from I think I will order the olive next time.
