I liked this coat, but realized it would not be enough to keep me warm during our frigid winter temps.

It's wonderful just a little smaller than I thought.

This is a perfect coat for drizzly/damp cold Pacific Northwest winters. Lovely color (grey-blue). This is my second purchase of exactly the same coat in Medium, but I find it tighter than my previous one, especially in the shoulders and hips. Fabric is stiffer and seems not as good the old coat. I still wear the old one, so I know I've not gained inches. In fact I've lost. I am 5"6", 134 lbs, 34-34-39). I would have preferred to exchange this new coat for a Large, but your exchange policy is too complicated for someone who lives on a rural island and has to depend on the post office. I won't be ordering on-line again.

Wanted a winter jacket that wasn't too bulky and this covers that! Lightweight but the reflective inside keeps the heat in pretty well. The inside of the jacket isn't the same color as pictured but honestly doesn't bother me at all. Only deducted a star bc I ordered a small & would've loved to exchange for an xs but the exchange policy here is no bueno :/

I love the blue color, length & fit. I do not care for the look of the fuzzy lining in the hood therefore am returning it.

Coat is well made, warm. Runs a bit small, so I ordered a size up. The sleeves are way too long. Not sure if I will keep or return.

This is a very nice long jacket. It's for chilly temps not super cold days. You can not unzip from the bottom which means you have to unzip completely to sit down comfortably. I'm 5'7' 137 & med fits perfect.

Need to inform purchaser of the temp degree that it is good for as below zero is a bit cold and need layers underneath coat

Very well made jacket but too long ! The model is at least 6 ' tall, I'm 5'6" and the jacket is about 4" above my knee. Unfortunately it has to go back..

I don't understand why winter coats don't make room to wear anything underneath. Who wears a tank or tee with a winter parka? This coat is beautiful and I think would be warm, but had to return and pay the return shipping, annoyingly, because of the sizing.

The heavenly long coats are for sure my favorite. I ordered the camel brown coat with the cream lining, and I received the camel brown coat with camel brown lining. The item number is different. I'm still undecided on whether or not I am going to keep it. But the heavenly is still my go-to!

Great lightweight coat when you can't stand the bulk of winter wear. Is it warm? Questionable. I wore it on a very cold day and luckily wasn't outside much, probably would have regretted it. Walking around in the 30s/40s, it's perfect. Running errands, going out, etc. I love the silver lining, very cute. It zips up well over chin. Hood could be a little bigger. Love the thumb holes. I've washed it and air dried it and had no issues. I am 135 pounds and got the Medium and it fits perfectly.

I usually wear a medium/large jacket depending on the fit I want. I ordered this in a large and found that it fit small, especially across the shoulders and chest. When I lifted my arms, you could visibly see it pulling and the jacket would lift up. And that's with just a tshirt on inside. I checked in store to do an exchange but it's out of season so there's not a good selection. And it's mostly out of stock online now so... Other than the fit across the torso, the length of the jacket and the arms were good. I'm 5'4" and though the rest of the fit was fine.

This seemed like a nice jacket, well made and great color but unfortunately I had to return it because it was a touch too small. I am 5'4", 138 lbs and I tried the medium but really needed a large. Also it was a little longer than I wanted which was hard to tell until I tried it on. I opted to try the Women's Powder Lite Mid Jacket in Large and see if that is more to my liking.

Nice coat, but kind of wide at the waist if you're petite, It would be nicer with a belt!

Love this coat but it runs really small. I've had this same coat for several years in a size large. I like that it's warm while still being light weight. Unfortunately, I got a permanent stain on my current coat so I wanted to replace it with the same coat. They were out of a size large in my color so I decided to try a medium. I'm 5'4", 130# and usually wear small to mediums in apparel. But a medium in this coat was too tight. Maybe someone 10 to 15# lighter could make it work. I kept thinking maybe it was a junior size instead of women's, but it's definitely listed as a women's size. I ended up returning it because they don't do exchanges. Unfortunately, they deduct return shipping from the refund. Argh! I've got to start reading the fine print for returns.

I love this jacket! Lightweight and very warm. The length is perfect! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is the sizing. I read all reviews and decided to try my true size which is usually M-L but ordered a (L) and it fits perfect with zero room to spare but snug in the arms especially when wearing anything like a sweater or sweatshirt.

I love this coat it's the perfect warmth. The color is gorgeous and it's well-made. Only one problem and it gets a whole star off because of this. There is no way to cinch the hood. For such an expensive jacket, the hood is pretty useless without some sort of Mechanism to tighten it. Soon as the wind blows, it falls right down.

It's a nice coat, but zipper could be better, for this price, on bottom stuck too often and not smooth. Hope will not broke soon and will serve me for awhile. However, over all good. If pockets could be deeper I would like more. Color not really black , compared to my shoes and purse. I had to exchange from L to XL.

The coat appears just as pictured. It is lightweight and warm. There is an inner zip pocket. The exterior pockets are extra deep. The sleeve extender and thumb hole are optional and do not have to be used if not wanted. The coat does run a little small, advise going up one size, especially if pairing it with a sweater.

This is a beautiful coat, but arrived (from Zappos in Amazon packaging) with dirt and white dog hair on it. It had clearly been worn. It smelled slightly like dry-cleaning. I purchased it for the sale price of 95 rather than the full price, but still disappointing. It does run small, but is great if you have narrow shoulders and arms as it's super comfortable and fitted.

The sleeves were too short for me. I would have liked to keep the jacket, it seems cosy and fit well everywhere else.
