I travel with this jacket in my car. It's lightweight and packable. My daughter plays an outdoor sport so the length and hood are perfect for those windy days. It keeps me warm without too many layers.

This is my 2nd Heavenly Long Hooded jacket and I can't wait to wear it when the weather gets colder. You can't go wrong with this one!

I am so happy with my purchase. The jacket is soft and moves easily, not stiff at all. The thumb holes were a great surprise. I am 5'1 and weigh 160 and the large fits amazingly. I like to have room to layer and not feel constricted. I love the color, its a true navy blue. Looking forward to being warm in the winter with this beautiful jacaket.

What a beautiful Jacket!!! The zipper didn't work at first so I had to return it to get a new one, but they didn't charge me extra. Fast service and polite, very pleased overall and love the Columbia brand!

Great fit, not bulky but still warm, longer length helps with warmth too.

I love this coat. I love the zippered pockets. I am always freezing, and it keeps me extremely warm. I have washed it multiple times and there have been no tears whatsoever. It is more lightweight than most jackets, and yet it still keeps you warm. I would order a size up if you want to fit sweaters underneath. I usually wear a medium but ordered a large. I am 5 foot 6 inches and about 140 pounds. I love that the arms are long enough; I have pretty long arms; this is another reason that I ordered the large. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I just purchased one for my sister-in-law, who loved mine too.

When I was reading reviews on this before buying, it seemed like everyone was using this for their harsh Michigan 10 degree weather. My case is different. I live in Florida (where the most I need is a fleece-lined windbreaker) and had a February vacation to northern/central California planned. I saw the California temps from 9am-11am and from 9pm-11pm ranged from 48 to 54 degrees, so I wanted a jacket that would be warm and toasty without looking ridiculous, without overheating in those 45-55 degree temps, and that I could stuff in my backpack (and replace with a fleece-lined windbreaker once temps rose above 50-55). This jacket was beyond perfect. The long length blocked the chilly morning wind gusts, prevented my hands from getting cold with the sleeve gloves, folded up to take up such little space, and the green lichen color was perfect for the sunny climate I was visiting. The bright spring color really helped give the jacket the casual style versatility I wanted. Some notes: I'm 5'3'', somewhere between 120 and 135 lbs, B/C cup (if that matters) typically wear shirt sizes between XS and Medium depending on the brand and the fit. I chose a Medium so that I could layer sweaters below it, and the Medium was perfect. Not too large, not too tight anywhere. A small might have been too small for all my layering. The Medium was never too bulky. A large would have been too big I think. On my 5'3" frame the jacket went about 6 inches longer than I had anticipated. Much closer to my knees than my mid-thigh, but on the bright side those extra inches kept me warm in the cold wind and in restaurants and on airplanes where it warmed my lap even as I kept the top half unzipped. This longer length was something that I thought would be too much, too hot, too long for my intentions, but ended up not being a bad thing to have and still looked great. Flattering jacket, easily packable, warms you up right away, even if you are not moving around that much. The silver bit didn't bother me like it did for other reviewers, but also it was less noticeable with my bluish grayish green color. I don't think anyone could see that or care anyway. For those looking for mid/lower thigh jacket that is a step up from a fleece windbreaker in terms of warmth (but that according to many other reviewers could also keep you cozy warm in 0 degree weather), and that is perfectly packable for traveling, this is it! Don't be afraid to try in those chilly 40-50 degree temperatures in a versatile springy color!

I ordered mine first and when my daughter saw it she likes it too. We love it very much because it is light but it makes you warm. The only problem though is the zipper. It's kinda hard to zip at first but once you found the technique it would zip through well.

I really like it because it really fits on me...Everything is perfect especially the sherpa hoodie.Its really warm esp.i work in cold storage it really works..

This is our 5th coat. I bought it for one of my daughters for college and we all fell in love with it. Not bulky and it keeps us toasty warm - plus it looks fabulous!

I absolutely LOVE this coat! I ordered it in the color Tradewinds Grey because it was a cheaper option than the traditional black which I had planned on going for, but the grey is really growing on me! The fit is very flattering and slimming, it's very warm without being too bulky or heavy. I love the material in the hood and in the pockets. Overall a great buy! Definitely would recommend!

I was thrilled to see this model return to market. I had its predecessor version, loved it, was the envy of all, and wore it for years. Unfortunately, at that time, it was no longer marketed. If I could have, I would have replaced it immediately. The new model is evolved. The few minor shortcomings, such as the hood's floppiness, have been addressed. Truly heavenly. By the way, I especially appreciate the availability of a white color. On overcast days in Seattle and at night, it is a safety advantage for outerwear to be white.

I've been searching a long time for a warm, lightweight winter jacket. This one fits the bill! For reference, I am 5'6" 145 lbs. I usually wear med or large. Ordered both and could barely zipper the med, so kept the large which can accommodate layering under it. Hope it's as warm as I suspect in the winter months!

This jacket is just what I was looking for. The length is perfect. The cuffs are always a nice feature. It's a great jacket for Wisconsin falls/springs. I wouldn't recommend for winter as it's more lightweight. Their Omniheat technology is fantastic! Thanks Columbia for another great jacket!

I have a couple of these in different colors, it's my go to coat for work or play. Comfortable for driving and warm and cozy when the snow and wind are blowing! It's lightweight design and fit makes it the perfect fall/winter accessory. I highly recommend this cozy hooded jacket!

This coat is amazing. Living in New England, a winter coat is necessary and this one does the trick. It is really flattering and keeps you warm! I wore my first one for 3 solid winters, and just purchased my second!

I love the look and fit. It doesn't feel bulky or tight in the arms and it is lightweight. I have not had a chance to test it in the New England winter but it appears it will be fine

Recently bought this coat for my mother for her birthday. She was looking for a darker green color but the one for Columbia was out of stock so I figured this was closest. She loves it. Covers the butt region and keeps her warm. Its a plus with the sleeves inside that cover your hands. True to size. Would recommend this product!
