Ordered size 6.5 received a size 7 for the right foot and 6.5 for the left foot. Came in a different box with a note that the original box was damaged on route and replaced. The rubber sole squeaks when you walk. Where is the quality control? Back they go, full refund no exchange.

I have many pairs of Propet shoes - all very comfortable. This boot is so stiff I thought I would get blisters just trying it on.

I had real concerns about the width. Ordered a 2X, which is what I take in New Balance women's shoes. When I got these, I just held the sole of one up to my current New Balance shoes. Not even close. Seemed close to a half-inch more narrow. Didn't even try them on and plan to return them now that all the snow's been plowed. I really like both the look and the zipper plus tying of shoelaces, but the narrow "wide" width is a deal-breaker. As I didn't try them on, I can't talk about the size or support -- only the width.

There is no way these boots are AA narrow.

Too narrow, no room extra in toe box for a 4E wide.

I need stronger ankle support. THese shoes when I received them had been worn and were soiled

Unfortunately this is a poorly made item. A D-ring broke off while tying the laces.

Bought this pair of boots because I needed something that’s water resistant but the front of the boots leaked water into the boots.

Very cute, but zero padding inside, and fit is very loose, no way for heels to stay in bootie even with laces. Zipper on side is nice for ease of off and on, but pretty nonessential. Disappointed, as this style is what I am looking for. Will not be shopping this brand ever again.

I ordered a size 10 and was sent a size 6. Couldn't get my big toe in it so don't know about the fit. Will try again.

The shoes were so loud/squeaky when I walked. How can you wear loud shoes to an office

Did not even try on. Leather stiff, hard.

The leather was stiff and inflexible. The ankle collar hit my ankle, and it was very uncomfortable to walk while wearing the shoe. The leather shoelaces kept coming undone, and the zipper on the left shoe was defective in one place, so it was really hard to zip up the shoe. This is a cheaply made shoe.

There was nothing redeeming about these boots. They were stiff heavy leather and felt very uncomfortable. I returned them.

Everything about the fit and look is wonderful. However the right shoe squeaks.

They were very tight on the bend of my ankle.. And they were pretty much made of plastic. They looked cute, but dang...

The shoe was a 1/4 inch more narrow than my previously purchased proper Delaney despite the tag being labeled a wide width. I will no longer purchase Propets despite previously purchasing annually due to poor quality.

I sent these back. I bought them in the black leather. They squeaked like clown shoes. The sole barely supported the shape of my foot. One of my feet pronated inward which was odd because I don't generally have that problem with booties. They essentially had poor ankle support. I really wanted to like these since they come in so many colors. I prefer the Dakota. It has a much sturdier feel.

Hard, poor quality leather. I have really wide feet and ordered a 4E. The width was fine, but there was a large space above my foot - I used my own orthotic. Thicker socks didn't help. The leather is so hard and stiff, the ankle boot dug into my ankles. Shoes went straight back. Thank you Zappos for such great customer service.

These boots are TERRIBLE. I would return them in a heartbeat but I threw away the box before I realized the depth of the problem. They SMELL HORRIBLE. I kept thinking I smelled cigarette smoke in my room. I finally figured out it was coming from the boots. I believe it is whatever Propét used to waterproof the boots. I set them to air out, hoping it would eventually improve. It hasn’t. I wore them for the first time today, hoping I was mistaken about the strength of the odor. Now my office reeks of menthol cigarette smell. I’m going to have to give these shoes away, since I can’t return them. Such a pity are they are super cute and comfy. The smell is just so bad it’s making me dizzy.

I was so disappointed. I love the style of these booties, but they were too roomy -- I ordered 7 1/2; they were marked 7H - ? And for some reason they hurt my big toe. There was very little if any arch support. The laces were very stiff, and the zipper on the side didn't open the shoe enough that I could get my foot in without undoing the laces.

Upper too stiff around ankle and leg. Have to return.

Cute design, but the shoe felt very unnatural on my foot there was a weird tilt that pulled my toes too forward and the heel was thick. it just didn't balance out well and was rather stiff, so back it went
