I bought these in my size, 9W, and they were too long and too narrow. I didn’t love the look of the upper material but I would have kept them if they fit.

Cute but way too big. I have a wide foot, so I ordered a wide size. They were wide and long. If they hadn't been so long, I probably would have kept them as they are cute.

I have fallen arches, posterior tibial tendonitis. I use custom orthotics and they fit fine in the shoe. The shoe does not offer support even with orthotics allowing that twist visible at the top of the foot with each step. Perhaps the leather is too flimsy or the sole of the foot is poorly designed with the arch too undercut underneath such that only air and very thin leather exist directly under the arch. The orthotic protrudes a bit through the thin leather under the arch and the foot just rolls right over it with each step. I can get away with wearing this shoe if I know I am not going to walk or stand much. Also, I often look for extra ankle support in a lace up by using extra long laces and winding them around the ankle tightly before tying. This shoe does not have a cuff or lip so the winds slip off.

The fit is great! Unfortunately, these shoes have a *very* thin footbed and are equally flat so they're okay for wearing to my desk job, but I would never wear them for anything that involved even moderate walking or having to be on my feet much. They may be salvageable if I pick up an insert to provide some cushion and the fit is roomy enough to allow for it.

I have two other pair of this boot and love the style and fit for my short wide foot. The color of this brown suede was off - it looked purple or burgandy. Very disappointed in the color and returned them.

Got these based off reviews that said they did well with orthopedic insoles. They are super cute, but twice now I've had miserable experiences mid-walk home with the bottoms of my feet feeling like they are on fire (and blisters after). I use superfeet green in all my shoes, these are the only one with this issue. I have tried putting a padding insole on top of my superfeet insoles like some kind of princess and the pea but still the same hobbling around in utter pain. The sole of the shoe is hard enough to make a wooden sound when I rapped my knuckle on them (on the inside)- just zero shock absorption. Can't return them so I guess I'll keep experimenting with insoles :'C

I was not a fan of these boots and had to send them back although they are cute. I usually wear either 7 1/2M or 8M. I ordered them in 7 1/2M and the length was too long. I was hoping that the 4 inch shaft would be ok but it was too short and the material at the back rubbed against my legs. Also, they were not hitting the floor right when you walk in them.

The she is comfortable, and has a removable insole so I can fit in my orthotics, which is helped by the side zipper as well and the laces. However, I am disappointed in the overall quality of the shoe. This morning (wearing the shoe for the 4th time) I did a 60 second plank, on carpet, with a coworker. After, I noticed that there were rub marks on the shoe, where my toes were on the carpet, where the pattern had worn off. It was only 60 seconds, so I can only imagine how quickly wear will show on these shoes, and how quickly they will look old and worn out.

Nope. Looked good in the box, with nice color and style, but little arch support and lateral support.

Sizing is good and wide enough in the wide width. They look very cute but uncomfortable and the faux suede looks cheap. The collar rubs against the leg and for some reasons pants don't want to stay down when I wear these. I did like the removable footbed which is good quality.

These shoes were too narrow for my arthritic feet and hurt the widest part of my foot as soon as I got them on. I have used Propet XXwide in the past, but they no longer seem to work. I can still wear my original Propet boots I bought years ago and guess I'll have to keep wearing them until they fall apart. Very disappointed.

The Wide boots fit in front, but are to wide and loose around the heel. Heel slides up when you walk - like Frankenstein's monster.

Very uncomfortable, hard.

I've had great luck with Propet shoes, given my need for orthotics. I have a wide toe box and narrow heel, and have the tendency to step out of shoes at the heel. If these had been oxfords, I would have had that problem. They were very loose around the top, and had the annoying habit of eating my socks (I tried several sock styles to see if it was avoidable, but these hungry boots ate all my socks). I hate buying shoes that don't work out, but these really didn't.

I ordered the Propet Delaney in both Suede and Leather. I love the Suede, but the leather not so much. The leather felt larger and wider, and I assume they'll stretch when worn. It's also a matter of taste, so others may love the leather over the suede. I will say that if you are looking for a "wide" with shoe/boot, give Propet a try - they "know" what wide width means for sure!!

I wanted these for taking 2 mile (or longer) walks when it's cold but not really snowy enough for my snow boots. I always try to buy comfortable walking shoes but didn't think these were very comfy, not much padding or support and I didn't think they were very nice looking either.

I now wear an EE width in shoes, and it has been almost impossible to find cute shoes in that width! I was so excited when I found these cute Propet boots! I got one in black suede and one in brown suede. The shoes run very long so I had to end up getting them a whole size under what I usually do. I was really hoping these would be my go-to shoes for everyday wear this fall and winter, but they are not comfortable at all! Hardly any sole and padding to these shoes, so my feet are really aching by the end of the day, even with my custom orthotics in them. I feel like I have been standing on a concrete floor all day. Very strange to have so little support in a casual boot like this. Really wish I hadn't ordered 2 pair :(.

These boots got great reviews and the craftmanship was nice however after 30 seconds of wearing them it was clear these boots are not for me. The top ankle section was hard and rubbed against my ankle, impeding my stride. The last bottom loop where the ties laced up hurt my foot.

I love Zappos but I am so tired of ordering shoes that require a wide toe box for me that end up and are always to narrow. Bunions, toe problems and it is very hard to find anything other than Easy Spirit Travel Time that run true to size and width requests.

This is more of an actual work boot. It's too clunky to look cute in skinny jeans. Maybe for longer legs.

I have a wide food and W or D is usually wide enough but I ordered the 2E just to be safe because wider is always better for me. Unfortunately, 2E is still too narrow for me and not even as wide as a regular D in other brands such as Blondo so I had to return. The toe box was quite ugly to me too.

Nice boot but way too wide for my narrow foot.ordered 10 M...kind of bulky...which is a shame cuz I really liked it....felt like I couldn't control my walking with them on...maybe a 9-1/2? Not sure...thanks zappos for the quick delivery...

Suede very unattractive and cheap looking. Zero padding at front of shoe. Having very wide feet, I usually appreciate propet' s sizing, but its hit or miss and this one's s big miss.

So disappointed. Ordered my normal size -7-1/2W, but these were huge they were still large with heavy socks.

Propet used to have a great traction grip- these did not., Also, the wide fit was NO different than regular. Wiwhs thye were like they used to be.
