The shoes were pretty much ok but not a lot of support and the soles are very rigid. It's my poor feet which are the problem and the shoes hurt my extremely sensitive feet. Unfortunately, I have to return. This does not mean that I would not recommend these to someone else. Propet is great about providing extra wide widths.

Liked the look but not the fit..

This is a quality shoe and it fits me perfectly in the toes ,but have a problem w heels too big … The shoe almost falls off when I walk. This is an ongoing problem, but Zappos always helps with prompt service and cooperation…

These shoes lack styling and comfort of classic propet shoes. They are passable and adequate, but you may be disappointed. I kept them bcz I have no other boots and needed something. I don’t recommend them bcz the quality and workmanship does not equal the price.

This arrived with two of the ties for the shoe laces missing on one of the shoes:( Actually one was broken and hanging on the lace, the other was missing. Disappointed as I was very excited to test these out next weekend.

Really wanted to keep these because they look sharp in jeans and would be great in rainy Pacific Northwest. The wide toe box gave my toes plenty of room ant the fit in general was good... except where the laces tie off at the top of the boot was really rubbing and uncomfortable. Just a few circles around the room in these I could tell I’d be rubbed raw there. I think it’s because I have a low volume foot and skinny ankles. If you have flat feet or low volume feet this shoe might not be comfortable for you.

These felt funny on my feet. My toes felt like they were going upward the way the foot bed is shaped . Other than that, these were nice boots, but just not for me. So I returned these.

These felt odd in the toe box. It felt like my toes were going upwards and they hurt the bottom of my feet because of the way my toes were angled.

These were nice boots and I wanted to keep them but they were too narrow for me. Lately every pair of boots that I have tried, no matter what the brand are too narrow in the left foot but the right foot fits fine. I've not only been trying the wide sizes, but finding I need to go to an extra wide which is not how it usually is for me. I normally take an average width. They would have been good boots if they fit right though.

I purchased In brown and love the color and size. Ordered in black but received a wide E size shoe, not what I ordered. Would have returned but I wore them before I realized the error in the size.

I was looking to replace a pair of Propet boots that I purchased years ago. I was disappointed in these because the sole was so thin, it did not feel supportive. It was not the same boot and perhaps was not built for the same purpose as my previous ones. What's wonderful about Propet is that they carry a narrow shoe, which is what I need. I may have been able to make these work if I ordered a 1/2 size up and put in a very supportive insole. In the end, I bought a pair of Sorrel ankle snow boots and put an insole with sufficient arch in them.

stiff, wide in heel, narrow in toe

These boots are just as cute as they appear online, BUT they have zero arch support. I had to order wide because of wide post-pregnancy feet and a bunion, but my arch is still average/high and therefore this flat bottom boot did not work out. Back they go. :(

The lace hoops pulled out of the leather when I laced them :( Sent them back. Love the way they look & feel, though.

Loved the look of this shoe BUT the "long and narrow" foot strikes again. I walked right out of these and they were definitely too wide as well for my long and narrow feet.

I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 size shoe. I ordered the 8 1/2 boot which felt too big. The boot is stiff and rubbed a bit above my ankle

Cute boots. I ordered a 6w and when they arrived they were too narrow. I sent these back and reordered a 6 extra wide. These fit great. Wide enough for fluffy socks in the winter.

Nice boot. Ran larger than the same boot in the suede. The leather at the ankle was a bit stiffer and a bit uncomfortable for me. Would have tried a half sized down but not available for me. Don’t think they make ten and a half.

I ordered an 11XW in these and the fit was fine, but I just didn’t like the look. Something about the wide toe made my feet look even larger than they are. I ended up returning them.

These fit ok. I ordered my usual size and found them a bit roomy. But there was no cushion in the footed. For a boot that looks this sturdy I was hoping for more comfort.

I liked the shoe but it just felt a little small. Tried to break it in but they just didn't settle in like I hoped.

Sole too thin. Not as cushioned as I expect from Propet and at this price.

Walking around indoors on my wooden floors the shoe stuck to the floor and had a very strong chemical smell. Comfortable shoe, but not as cute as I had hoped.

I returned these boots mostly because I was not excited about the style and, especially, I found them rather stiff. Perhaps they would have loosened after wearing but I learned that shoes should be comfortable out of the box, even when you have bunions. It's a matter of material (soft leather) and sizing, and it's hard to know when you don't see the shoes, and can't try several sizes to compare. On the other hand, Zappos has an excellent customer service that does its best to make up for this handicap. Next time, I think I will order two or three sizes of the same shoes.
