The opening is so small and rigid I can’t even get my foot in the boot. So I can’t even tell you if it is comfortable. I will return boot and do not want another one.

These boots looked cute online, but when I received them, they were super hard and inflexible. I even let them sit for a day thinking maybe they were frozen due to the frigid temperatures we’d had. There was no give to them at all. Also, the opening to get your foot into the boot was not very wide and had no give. Once I was able to get them on, the length and width felt OK, but they felt like concrete blocks. So, I returned them.

This boot is so narrow, I couldn't get my foot in to know if it is comfortable or not. This is not for feet with high arches. Even with a shoe horn, it was impossible to get on. I am a 5.5/6 and the size 6 wasn't happening. They are cute boots tho.

There was no movement in the toe or arches- very stiff and my heels slip out. Cute shoes, but not practical for walking or outdoor winter activities.

Bought these for my daughter, she said they were really comfortable and warm.... BUT the zippers came undone as she walked to and from school and would not stay up! Clearly a design flaw. But Zappos was great and took them back despite being worn once.

I can’t actually say if it was a show size too small but it was not extra wide as marked. I wouldn’t even have called these wide. Could not have worn even a slim sock. Order at least a half a size up if you are going to give these a try and I would skip them if you wear an extra wide!

I could not get my feet into the boot. Zipper opening much too small. Return boots to zappos.

I really wanted this boot to work. I think I have the original style of this Propet boot which I bought more than 10 yrs ago. They are my go to boot for any type of conditions with little wear. The new boots are taller and rub on the ankle~ the old boots have a shorter ankle height which allows for movement. The foot bed on the left foot seemed to be a half size shorter than the end of boot. I always wonder why businesses need to make changes on a good product.

These boots arrived promptly but had clearly been rejected by many other shoppers (they were wrapped in wrinkled Christmas tissue paper... in September...). They are unusually wide in the heel, and, for being short, they are unusually heavy, stiff, and clunky.

I have another pair of boots from this brand and they are great! I wanted a pair that are ankle boots , so I ordered these. Alas, cannot get my feet in them because of my high instep! I’m really disappointed because these were just what I thought was looking for! I guess the difference is that these zip up, while my others are lace-up.

It felt like cement blocks attached to my feet. No flexibility and very heavy. At least the 4E width was wide enough. Returned item.

terrible! i love Propet but they got it wrong here. No cushion, felt like my toes were pointed up all the time, zipper was horrible and finally broke. returning.

These were total monsters! Absolutely huge for my size (6.5) and not very good looking. Even if you lived where there was lots of snow, I don't think these would cut the mustard because the quality is too poor. Get some Kamiks or the like for that.

I SO wanted to love these! They are so cute, well made, but just didn't fit my feet correctly. The way the my feet land in the shoes makes it very loose and floppy in the heel yet my toes press against the front. VERY comfortable to just stand in, but walking is awkward. Sadly they are going back.

I have a Propet similar pair I bought a number of years ago and have almost worn them out...LOVE THEM. The zipper on this pair and another Propet pair I purchased recently does not zip to the top and takes two hands to pull it up if you can get it zipped completely at all ....very disappointed given how I loved my first pair. So... Propet… Fix the Zip! In hindsight I should've returned them but I thought the zipper just needed a little use...didn't help. Bummed...

I was so excited to find winter boots in my width (4EE), it's not an easy task. And they are waterproof. Shipping thru the app was super fast. I wore the boots around the house and they felt OK. The next day it snowed so I wore the boots to work. They are warm. However, by the time I walked three blocks I was almost in tears. The outer edge of my soles hurt so bad from the boots and the heels started slipping more. It was all I could do too walk another three blocks. I was not looking forward to the return trip. Unfortunately, as I wore the boots returning them is not an option. I will have to find some way to tolerate these and make them work this winter.

I wanted a boot that I could wear out in snowy conditions and thought exactly what I wanted when seeing it. The size 8 fit well BUT on the (L) boot I had to use a pliers to get zipper down & then back up & then back down again to get off. I really don't want to carry a pliers around in my purse when wearing these.

Cute winter shoes, but I found it tight to get my foot in and an 8 W was tight on in the width. They’re very heavy and the bottom of the zipper rubs the top of my foot. Looking for a shoe to replace my Merrill Chill Chasers that had REAL shearling lining. These are going back.
