First let me say I have been looking for new snow boots since the end of last season, but I have wide feet, and snow boots in wide size are hard to find. I visited every store in the city, tried all the old favorites, and could not fit my wide foot into anything. I gave up and was waiting for a miracle, which arrived in the form of an email from Zappos suggesting Protet. I usually wear a 6.5, but decided to go for a 7 since I like to wear heavy socks with snow boots, sometimes two pairs of socks, or leggings and socks. I ordered 7 W, and my socked feet slid right in and they are so comfortable. We got our first snow today and I walked around town in my pretty, comfortable and warm new boots.

Very pleased with my purchase so far. I did put a cushion insole in to support my arch, but that's just me. Love the fact that my toes can completely stretch out, my feet feel nice and warm and with lace up they can accommodate thicker socks if need be. The stitching color and decorative trim makes this 'utility' shoe very attractive.

Love the color. A little outside my normal range, but fun! Very comfy, looking forward to having these when the weather gets colder...

I got size 8 2E and they are the cutest boots I've ever owned. Super comfy. Perfect fit. I"ve worn them around the house all day. I just got them. I'm looking forward to walking my dogs in the snow in them. I'm sure they'll be warm because of the lining and rubber around the foot area. The bottoms look really good for traction. I'll follow up as soon as I can really test them out.

It is difficult for me to find outside work/snow boots that are wide enough for my extra wide feet. I ordered 8WW and was surprised to find them roomy enough to wear, even with a thick pair of socks. great!

I love this boot. Super cute and a wide fit, which is excellent! My feet have never had that kind of wiggle room in a shoe. Happy toes! Bring on the winter!

LOVE THESE!! So cute and comfy but definitely a very generous toe box, too big for me. I normally wear a 7-7.5 wide but I was just swimming in these so they're going back and I'm going to order down. SO adorable though!!

These were a 4E xxwide width. It was a gamble, too wide for me. Super cute, 8.5 long enough in the toe. Footbed comfortable. Simply too wide. Someone is going to love them at that clearance price.

I read that these shoes run large. I usually wear a 7, medium width. I ordered a 6. They were still a half size too large. They were reasonably comfortable. The arch support was ok, but could be better. I am going to try to get them a smaller size and try again.

I have very wide feet, in fact I normally get mens 4E width. The Propets are true too size but definitely not wide enough for my feet. my little toe was crushed. The size is perfect so if I went longer then I believe the width would be ok but it will be an awkward fit with extra space in the heel or toe box.

They are well made snow boots. The fur around the top and down the inside is really soft. However, they do not fit the same as other Propet shoes; they were much more narrow in the front of the foot.

I bought these boots in the size I ordered because I have other Propet shoes in this size. I was disappointed the width across the front was tight. The quality of the boot is good and the fur is really soft.

I have VERY wide feet and rarely find anything other than athletic shoes that fit well. These were plenty wide. I started with an 8 XX, also marked 4E, and they were too big. My feet aren’t so long, so I tried a 7.5 but they were out of the color I wanted.I returned these because I preferred a different color. I recommend going with the length you want, not a size up which is usually what I need to do to get a shoe to fit. It seems these are a bit too wide in the heel but fit my high arch and wide main part of foot. Plenty of room for warm socks. If they are really water/snow impermeable as promoted these will be a real winner.

I really wanted these in the gray color. I had ordered them in grey in a larger size but they actually were both too long and maybe too wide (never heard of for me) in 8. In the 7 1/2 the fit was better but I am returning them for the gray which i was able to find again. My feet are very wide and my instep is high. I was able to get into these laceups in both sizes easily. Both were pretty loose in the heel, but I will likely live with that when I get the right color/size combo. I do hope they end up being as waterproof as they say they are.

This is a rigid boot which will keep you stable in the slippery weather. It has a good tongue with attached material to the boot. I can see why they say its water proof (unless you get snow or water over the top of that material of course). My orthotics raised my foot up to much for them to be comfortable, however I slipped them on without my orthotics and it was a nice roomy boot, with enough space to add more socks to this item.

Ordered 7 1/2: The right foot fit perfectly. Left boot sole pushed your foot in word, noticeably so. Ordered another pair of these in grey. They were much larger and wider (at least 1/2 size), yet I ordered the same size in both. Also, the boxes weren’t even the same. (See picture)

I love these boots. Finding snow/rain boots is nearly impossible because my feet are ww. These are excellent in size, comfort, and have a great non-slip tread.

I loved the boots, but unfortunately they weren't wide enough for me, and I had to return them.

I have RA and very wide feet. These will be perfect for the snow, assuming they are indeed waterproof. Won’t know for sure until the winter is here.

I actually liked these boots but they were just a little too clunky and heavy for me. Seemed to be very warm and supportive.

These felt very comfortable, great fit, but there was no arch support. I had to return them.

I wear an 10 1/2 narrow and have slim ankles. These felt really wide before I added a full length foot bed. A men’s foot bed fit without trimming. With this adjustment they fit well enough for tasks like shoveling snow; I don’t plan to take long walks in them. They look big; a small size might be stylish but not at this size. I can snug up the laces enough that there’s not a large gap in front of my ankle.
