This Long 250 neck gaiter is amazing and I am very grateful for it. I love how long it is so I can tuck it under the neck opening of my sweater, so I can stay extra warm and keep any wind out. Will be my go-to all winter long for work. I like the 250 weight - not bulky or annoying - but thick enough to be extra cozy and warm. Wool is the best for breathability, odor-resistant, and not needing to be washed often. Absolutely worth the money. Thank you, Smart Wool - please continuing making these!

I've been wearing this neck gaiter all winter long, particularly when I'm heading out into inclement weather and need to stay warm without wearing bulky layers. Having something around your neck that you can either pull up over your mouth and nose or switch to a super-thick headband has been so helpful. I don't go nordic skiing without it!

Attractive and practical. It is like wearing another layer skiing.

We live in CO and got two of these to use when we take the dog out for a walk early in the morning and at night. The material is super soft and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Super happy with this purchase and the quality of the product.

I have purchased a number of neck gaiters for winter outdoor activities in the past and these feel much more comfortable.

I gave my older one to my granddaughter and bought this to as a replacement. It works well scrunged up but feels too thin when pulled up to cover your face more. I miss my older heavier one and would not recommend this one.

My daughter needed a gaiter for track practice. The Smartwool gaiter fit her very well, kept her warm, and was very breathable during practice.

I use this at work, which is on a jet boat on the local rivers. The length is good, covers from neck up and over the my hat. The knit is a bit open, which is great for breathability, but isn't quite as warm as I'd like. But this is on an open boat, 30mph, for several hours. For most applications I'd see it being fine.

So far, so good. Keeps the neck warm when down, stays in place when I pull it up over my nose. Haven't used in below freezing yet, but I'm hopeful...

Generally satisfied with this product. When trying it on initially, 3 stitches popped. It is double stitched so this is not a complete failure. It is a one size fits all item and I wear a 7-7/8 fitted cap so I may be on the upper range of possible head diameters. It still serves its desired purpose. I have purchased 7-8 other Smartwool products and this would not deter me from coming back to the brand.

It feels great. It is more thin that I expected and wearing it outside on the cold weather it is not warm enough

Very long but probably necessary because it is thin. You can bunch it up for better warmth. Good for cool days but not cold. Nice because it stays dry.

I bought three of these (for my wife, daughter, and myself) and they feel like someone is strangling you. Even my wife and daughter who are much snake that me cannot comfortably wear them. Completely uncomfortable. I am going to attempt to stretch them somehow. If that fails I'll probably give them to my mom to hand out as rewards in her elementary class. Even though they are labled as adult size, they seem life they'd for children best. There is no way that these are one size fits all. Don't purchase these online without trying then on in person first!

I would love to rate the neck gaiter if I received the product I paid for. 2 weeks later and a tracking number that tells me the product is exactly the same place it started.

After 2 uses, part of the stitching has already come loose. This shouldn't happen considering that the gaiter comes with a premium price. I previously had the short version and found it to be a better option. I find myself folding the long version in half so that it provides sufficient warmth.
