I purchased this jacket for my uncle's 43rd birthday and he LOVED IT. We took a trip to Branson and he wore it down there and he received so many complements. The style of the jacket is so nice and fits so well that my husband told my uncle that he would give him 30 days to have it for himself and after that he was going to order one. I thought that was funny. This is a WONDERFUL JACKET!

I have only had this jacket for a short time but I am delighted by how light yet warm this jacket is. Plus, it's easy to pack as it compresses into it's own pocket. Perfect if you live in an area with big temperature swings like Colorado.

This is an excellent jacket. Very comfortable. Jacket is extremely light weight. Jacket is a lot warmer than I thought it would be considering how light weight it is.

I SAW A FRIEND WEARING THE THERMOBALL JACKET. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY IT LOOKED. I ASKED HIM ABOUT HIS LEVEL OF SATISFACTION. HE SAID IT WAS A GREAT JACKET. I HAD TO TO A LOT OF SEARCHING TO FIND ONE ON LINE IN MY SIZE AS MANY PLACES WERE SOLD OUT. I FINALLY FOUND A SOURCE AND ORDERED IT. I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT.

Best jacket ever! Is my first North Face jacket and I couldn't believe the jacket could provide so much heat being so light and thin. Ultra comfortable, just need a T-shirt underneath to be warm out with 20F. Amazing!

Could not believe how light and also how warm this jacket was. Every time I wear it out I get complements, thanks North Face. In one of your adds there is a picture of what looks like a Sherpa wearing the same jacket. If its good enough for him in the Himalayas its fanatic for me in Pennsylvania. Thanks again. Tom06

This jacket is amazing...thin and lightweight but warm. The wind does not go through this jacket! It is also very stylish everywhere I go compliments galore! Everyone should own this Jacket!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

The camo print is perfect, not too bold. The fit is comfortable and true to size. Warm but lightweight.

Do not let the lightweight fool you. This jacket is as awesome as it gets. I bought this jacket a week ago and I have not been able to put it away, I'm wearing it everyday. The thermoball Jacket will keep you warm and if you are moving around it'll keep you even warmer, DC weather has been miserable and I just wear this jacket with a long sleeve shirt underneath and I'm good to go. This jacket is more than worth it, you should buy it.

I received this jacket for Christmas this past year and I was pleasantly surprised. The jacket itself fit very well and retained much more warmth than many of the previous down jackets I have had. On days with a windchill below 20 degrees fahrenheit, I can still wear a t-shirt underneath it. This jacket is much tougher than it looks, and has held up when I have taken spills while skiing and sledding. Definitely the most reliable and overall best jacket I have ever had.

Light. Warm. Compact. Great in any cold weather. Stuffs in my pack nicely. Good to know its there on those late evening hikes when the sun goes down and you still have a waste to go. Worthy purchase. You'll be happy you made.

I was skeptical about this jacket when I bought it. I still have not fully put it to the test but I took it out today in a pretty good east wind. Anyone from Portland will know what I'm talking about. It was cold and the wind chill was down there. All I had on underneath was a t-shirt. I was totally blown away at how warm I stayed. This jacket is pretty surprising. I have some more testing to do, have to try it in the rain then see how cold I get or maybe not. The only down side so far is I wished it had some kind of stash pocket maybe on the inside for glasses or the phone. If your thinking about this jacket, I would say try it out.

What a wonderful and warm jacket. This jacket is amazing for what it can do. Its light, wind resistant and feels extremely comfortable indoor and outdoor. I can wear this with only a shirt inside and still feel warm under -10 to -15 degrees. Best thing is that you can wear it indoor without warming up till you sweat. The material used is very breathable and traps heat inside. Maybe not as warm as your typical Canada Goose or Nobis jacket but you definitely lose out on flexibility, weight and general use. Love the jacket so far, just hope it will hold up in terms of durability.

Gave this to our 22 yr old son for Christmas, and HE LOVES IT!!!!!!!!!! It is pricier than other winter gear that we have bought in the past, BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! It is soooooooo light weight and incredibly warm. Thanks North Face for an awesome product!

Absolutely amazing! This has become my go to jacket since the day I bought it. 3 months of trouble free DAILY use. I travel 200 nights a year and am constantly seeking out durable light weight clothing that packs small. This jacket excels in both of these categories. The fit is amazing. Was recently in Northern Alberta working in -62 wind chills added this coat under my down parka and was amazed at the added warmth provided. Also have found it to be a handy travel pillow when it is stored in it's own pocket. So many uses and takes up so little space. The only negative i can find is the nylon outer shell could be a bit heavier material, not sure about the long term durability.

Well made,warm and light weight. Allows me to be active outdoors in cold weather and it requires very little space when traveling. It' s light weight is great which means your suitcase does not injure your back or shoulders!

I recently purchased the thermoball jacket from The North Face online store. The product arrived in a timely fashion and I've been testing it for about a month in various conditions. I live in southern Ontario and we have been experiencing some pretty extreme weather including "frost quakes" because extremely rapid cold snaps. I am an avid snowboarder, I wear the thermoball as a mid layer under another North Face shell. I rode in minus twenty degrees Celsius and did not experience any feeling of cold, with the exact same dress riding in minus two degrees Celsius without any overheating. This alone is an excellent demonstration of the breath ability and climate controlling characteristics of this new synthetic down.

Love this jacket, lightweight with excellent freedom of movement and warm with just a T-Shirt on underneath. Perfect for winter temperatures where I live in Sonoma, California. One of it's greatest features is in it's construction, using Primaloft Balls. No down feathers working their way out of the fabric. I returned a lightweight down jacket from a leading company and purchased the North Face Thermoball Jacket for this very reason.

Just in time for the cold weather! Fit my son perfectly! He says he stays toasty warm in it! Love that it arrived before Christmas and that it fit so well!

It's advertised one way... and absolutely exceeds it's expectations in another. I wear this Jacket on my way to work in below freezing temperatures with no problem. It blocks the wind very well! I can go on and on. Bottom line_______________________________it's great.

I own 3 different colors of these and I have to say that the thermoball has the in your face style for urban wearing and the performance for outdoor winter life. If you're looking for a jacket with style, but with no sacrifices in performance at a decent price, then the thermoball is for you.
