Sizing is tricky. Ended up needing to size up a whole size. Boots are on the heavy side, but so far so good. They held up to our dog thinking they were a chew toy, so I don't see them breaking down. Waiting on snow and cold to see if they keep our little snow lover warm thru a CO winter at 9000ft. I'll try to update the review when that happens.

I purchased these for my 12 year old daughter. She loves them but wishes they were a little taller.

The boots keep feet from getting wet but they aren't that warm like the boots that have the fuzzy thing inside. I wish they offered the other boots in big kid sizes too.

Bought as a Christmas gift for our boys, who are outside a fair amount in cold, wet Wisconsin winters. Wanted something warm and water proof for them.
Camouflage has warn off the toe, in about 2 weeks of wearing them, unfortunately.

This is our son's second winter with these boots. We are in southern Ontario, Canada. They are easy for him to pull on, durable, and beyond a shadow of a doubt water-proof and warm. The only thing I'd recommend to improve is the tread, perhaps having something comparable to the women's Arcata/Whiteout. As they are now, it's difficult to climb grades in snow as they tend to slip. Otherwise, the boots are amazing. Completely worry-free for school and trekking around.

We like the durability of the boot when the kids were young (10 and under). We purchased this boot three different times, and were satisfied. However, once their feet/ankles/calves started widening out, we were sad that the boot was too narrow and there didn't appear to be viable options for pre-teens who are on the small size, but with wider feet, ankles and calves.

My son has a latex allergy and I did not even think to ask if these contained latex. They do, as evidenced by his red and swollen feet when he doesn't wear thick enough socks. These are the first boots he has worn that he hasn't been able to destroy and he hasn't complained of cold feet once this winter. I wish they advertized the latex contents and offered a latex free version. If they had I would give 5 stars. If your kid doesn't have a latex allergy, get these boots!

The insoles on these aren't glued down. Customer service offered to send new ones, and told me that only 2 styles have glued inserts. We've never had them not glued before after years of wearing them. The inserts have bunched when my daughter removes the boots.

High handle boots are an inch shorter than another pair of the same boots but different color I purchased 1 to 2 years ago. Still like the boots but find it interesting that the height of the boot has gone from 12 inches to 11 inches. Did not really notice until I put the boots beside each other.........

They are durable and worth the purchase. The only thing I have a problem with is the warmth. The kids have been telling me that their feet are becoming colder faster than before. This seems to be happening with the last couple boots I have bought.

I bought these boots for my son and daughter (11 and 9) last year. They both loved them and wore them everywhere. Unfortunately they've bothad grown a ton and we only got a few months out of them. This year I went a size bigger than I would've ordered and how they lay a little longer. I know my kids toes won't be numb after playing in the snow for hours. This year my husband and I got our own pair too and I love mine!

Sturdy, warm boots for Maine winter and boys. Easy to pull on and off, a bit narrow in fit but not uncomfortable. Will be a warm, waterproof addition to winter play.

These are great for outside play in all kinds of weather, from rain and mud to freezing Maine temps. They keep your child's feet warm and dry. They clean up easily too. The only drawback is that they are a little expensive when you consider how fast children's feet grow and how long they will actually be able to wear them.

So far, so great! My daughter loves them. My only suggestion is to make a washable pull-out liner.

So far so good, probably the best boots my son has worn. The handles are a great idea for getting a 5 yr old to put his boot on w/out help. Hope he stays in them long enough to justify the $80 price tag!

These are the greatest. Way more comfortable than sneakers. I have worn most of the camo off of the boot and they are still in perfect working condition. You just can't beat these.

I won't ever be without my bogs. As a resident of Duluth, I wear these almost daily in the fall and spring, to and from work, outside in the yard with the kids, at sporting events etc. I used to walk regularly in my bogs, too, but the outer sole wears easily, so it's best to find a different walking boot/shoe.

We purchased these boots for our two year old son. We ordered a size up and they seem roomy but just right for a wool sock. They are very cute and easy to get on and off. Sometimes they fall off but he's a wiggly little boy so it's understandable. I'm overall impressed with the boot. The only con is the temperature rating of -30. We live in Michigan and after playing outside (with wool socks too) his feet still seem a little chilly. We rarely go outside below 20 degrees so I know we are definitely above the rating. I'm not sure if it a boot issue or if he is just prone to chilly toes. His feet do stay dry though. We had issues with baby bogs and wet feet, but the company remedied the issue with new boots. I plan to continue to buy bogs in the future.

My son loves his Bogs and wears it during the cold seasons. He's 6 and wears the size 1 Bogs. Unfortunately there are limited designs/colors in his size, he doesn't like black. He wears it everywhere as they are easy to slip on and off and keeps his feet nice and warm.

The size unfortunately was mis understood by myself. I thought I was buying a youth size not a toddler. The sizing structure for Youth, Womens, Mens is difficult to understand based on the available information provided. I had to return the product and buy the correct size that I could touch and feel vs online. I am not sure how to correct other than provide dimensions for the item.
