I read through tons of good and bad reviews trying to get a sense of how this would fit as I've never owned a north face before. I am 5'5", 120lbs, size 32DDDD/32G bra, measurements 36-26-36 but I still wear a size small in tops or xs sometimes. I ordered a size small in the olive green color and hoped it would zip over my chest and the arms would be long enough. It fits well, there is enough room for a thick sweater and comfortable movement. It has a nice shape, a nice taper in the back, drops at a good length, not too short. I didn't go outside to test how warm it is yet. But as far as look and fit it looks as advertised, and is an attractive dark olive green, brown detachable fur, black logo. Downside: Hood is not detachable, pockets are not very deep and sleeves don't have elastic. Keeping.

I love how warm this jacket is but isn't overly hot. I love in central Texas and was afraid it might be too warm and it is perfect.

I love the weight and the look! It's a little big, but the medium is a little tight, so I had to go with the large. Sleeves are a little long.

I hate the cold!! But this great looking and feeling jacket makes me bear the cold just a little bit easier

This is somehow light enough for every day winter weather, and warm enough for the very cold days. Love the hood!

I watch grandkids soccer and other events where I need a warm coat. This is the best quality coat I've ever had.

I am a petite build - 5'0" 98 lbs - and have a difficult time finding outerwear that fits and functions for me. I ordered the XS and love the fit. The sleeve length goes a little over my wrist, but I like that so that the sleeves go over my gloves. The bottom of the jacket ends at low end of hips which is what I prefer. The sides have elastic threads that help make it form fitted and keep warmth in, but they are not too tight or constricting. I am able to wear multiple layers under the jacket without it being too tight. I have a longer NF coat that I wear for blustery days, but wanted one this length for more active days or days where it's chilly but I don't need a long jacket. This is perfect. Highly recommend.

I love this jacket, my husband bought it for me for Valentine's Day. It's light weight, yet extremely warm. The fitting is perfect. I would recommend to everyone!!!
