The heel looks cheap.

Loved the look of the shoes but a little too narrow for my foot, even though I ordered a wide. Not comfortable at all - have to return.

I wear 7.5 or 8, the 8 fit perfectly but I had to return them. The style is adorable, fit good but they squeaked when I walked and left my feet black. Not sure if I just got a bad pair but they were perfect for business casual outfits.

cute style and seems to be well made, But: shoe is wider than the M I ordered, especially in the front part so my foot slips around. the sole, esp. in the back and the heel is hard, so feels like you are walking on a wood heel with no give.

This is trying to be an adorable shoe. And it almost is! And it's quite comfortable. But be warned that the pictures do not show how noticeable and big the velcro strap is. I should have watched the video. The velcro changes the overall look of the shoe to me in a pretty big way. Returning sadly!

Very cute shoe but way too roomy for my foot which is actually a little wide already.

Unfortunately the upper strap was not comfortable on my foot. The heel color was not flattering with the black lace cutouts.

I think this is a very cute looking shoe, but it was too wide for my feet (in the regular width) and the back of my heel slipped up and down. Alas, it is going back.

I do not know what has happened to Easy Spirit quality over the years. It certainly isn't what it used to be. The upper leather portion is ok, and I liked the pewter color. The insole is hard with very minimal cushion. The sole and heel are a mess! The material is cheap rubber / plastic. If ES insists on such poor quality, they could at least match the sole and heel color to the leather color of the shoe. I immediiately returned these along with 2 other ES styles. I will no longer consider buying this brand.

Wanted to like it, but the footbed sticks to my sweaty feet . . . don't like that feeling.

Sz width and support were good but the brown plastic looking sole and heal of shoe makes it look cheap. Not what I has expecting.

The shoes are cute and nice for summer, but the plastic heel looked so cheap, I couldn't get myself to wear the shoes. I returned them.

I loved the style. Ordered in my usual 8N but they are too long and too tight in the toe. I will return and order a 7 1/2 M.

I wear a ladies 11M in the majority of brands. This shoe felt much narrower than most. I bought it to wear with a bridesmaid dress & knew I couldn't stand it for a few minutes let alone several hours.

Even though I got medium these were to narrow on top. Pretty shoes very uncomfortable on top.

Rather cute shoe however not as cute as online. They look rather cheap and bulky to me. So many heels have no arch support what so ever and that puts a lot of pressure on the forefoot; this one has none. Ouch! Also the toes of the shoes have an inner support piece glued in at the end of the shoe and in one of the shoes I received that support piece had separated from the toe causing your toes to hit it. These did not work for me.

These shoes were so disappointing. I usually wear an 8N, but ordered 7.5 after reading reviews. They were still too wide in the toe box, and the straps were thick and uncomfortable. The arc of the toe area was obviously different on one side, a sign of poor workmanship. Sent them back.

Beautiful shoes, but awkward to walk in. As other reviewers have commented, the heel has a different geometry that doesn't make you feel sure-footed. There is not a lot of padding, so recommend a half-size up if you want to try with gel inserts.
