Loved these shoes and wore them to work (I drive there/back so no walking to subway), but the inner heel broke after only a few months. Need to get it repaired already. Still, shoes are pretty enough and comfortable to walk in that I will repair the heel.

Cute shoes, wide fits well, however have almost no arch support

These are very attractive shoes. Unfortunately, they run about a half size large. And I need more arch support than these offer. For people with a normal or even somewhat flat arch, I think they will be comfortable, but they didn't work for me.

Comfortable shoe and nice look but no arch support otherwise they would be perfect.

Beautiful, flattering design! However, I really need an 11-1/2 which does not exist in that style. The size 11 only felt comfortable while sitting. Too bad for me. A little more padding would have also been a plus.

I ordered these hoping a medium would fit. They are adorable shoes - but I can't find them in my size and width (9 1/2 wide).

The shoes are nice, but the heel box is so big that even the Velcro couldn't secure my skinny ankles.

I loved the look of this shoe. I was supposed to be wide, but the shoe was too tight across the instep for me so I had to return it. It was more narrow than expected.

These were attractive and about as comfortable as you could expect a heel to be.

I ordered 10 W and it was much narrower than a regular width. Otherwise it is a nice looking shoe.

Very comfortable and easy to slip on. Not stiff like most new shoes are at the start.

I love the dark navy. The lace laser cut looks pretty. Was worried it would look like a granny shoe. I am a college professor and want to look smart and edgy but also comfortable. I cannot draw too much attention to my feet! I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. It looks very nice on and I can see myself wearing it with navy cigarette pants. The only thing is that the slope of the innersole is off for my high arch which is a concern. I will have to wear and 3/4 length leather arch support in it and hope that it fixes the problem. I wish the lining was leather but the holes on the top should help alleviate sweaty feet.

They were just "OK". As I was trying them on a second time at home, I noticed the black dye was coming off on my feet. Then I looked and the tissue paper in the shoe box had black dye streaks all over it. Not about to wear something and the color runs!

Cute shoe; however, size was more like a women's 12 than an 11. On the other hand, ordered wide, and shoe (shoe box area) was too narrow.

Cute shoes, just as pictured. I found that there was no arch support so I sent them back.

The shoes looked good on, however the arch in the footbed didn’t meet my own arch so they didn’t support my foot. They also pinched oddly around the seam of the upper part. That would probably break in over time, but at this point I need shoes to feel great right out of the box or I know I won’t wear them.

Some previous reviews recommended the larger width and I am glad I listened. That was good. After a while of using these shoes, somehow the raised area inside and the lower area do not work and I get pain in the lower area of the foot. It can really hurt, so recommend using for times when you do not have to walk as much. The wider width was the right choice, though I am normally a B. Still, they are very cute and sturdy.

Beautiful look, love the suede. Had to return because the strap rubs my ankle bone and cannot be adjusted. Not as much padding as I had expected for a “comfort” shoe.

I so desperately wanted these to fit because I adored the style. I tried the 7-1/2 Medium width but they were to long and ever so slightly narrow (I have a wide foot). So I tried the 7W. I was dismayed to see that the length was *STILL* too long and width was too wide! So sad. But they are adorable.

These fit size-wise, and they looked okay, but they were not comfortable. I had to send them back.

This is a beautiful shoe which is why I ordered it ... but the toe box is too tight for my foot and I know that this would cause a great deal of discomfort after wearing these shoes for a while. They are so cute and I was sorry to have to return them but comfort trumps cute these days!
