I love it

I am debating returning this jacket for something darker in color. I love it but am pretty worried my kindergartener will have it stained in no time.

I love everything about the jacket. The look of it, The fact that it is reversible and how adorable my daughter looks in it. I love it so much I'm ordering one for my oldest daughter as well.

Expected a warm winter jacket. Very disappointed.

I love the style and versatility of the jacket it's just not as warm as described online. I had to purchase a fleece to wear underneath the jacket for added warmth during the winter months.

I definitely was expecting this jacket to be a little heavier. I bought this for my 1 year old son (I followed the sizing guidelines) and it is huge on him. Also, it doesn't appear to be that warm. I've been buying North Face jackets for at least 15 years and this is the first one I am a little disappointed with.

Unfortunately ordered with the sizing recommendation and jacket is extremely too small for an average 8yr old. Went to return and of course they no longer had the same color in stock. Extremely disappointed with this purchase

My son loves his coat even although it arrived 2 days late.

Bought this jacket last year for a 6 month old who is above average for height & weight & it was way to big on her so we decided to save it for this year. When I tried it on her this year, the sleeves were still too long but the fit around the chest is to tight. She is a tall and slender 16 month old toddler

We bought this jacket almost 1 year ago. It would have been worn for 3 months last season and almost 3 months this season. We love the look and our son finds it comfortable and warm. Unfortunately, the stitching is falling apart at the seams on the shoulder. We would have expected the jacket would have lasted much longer.

The zipper pull on this jacket came off on the second time my 4 year old wore it! Now it is unusable and I am waiting to find out what if anything Zappos can do to make this right.

I bought this product as a winter jacket since the description online states it has "optimal warmth" as a winter jacket. My daughter was freezing in it. After speaking with a north face employee, I learned it is a spring/fall jacket.

We normally love these jackets but were very surprised and disappointed to discover when the jacket and snow bibs arrived that that the gem pink is, in fact, bright neon pink. And the inside looks washed out, so wouldn't have been able to use it on the reverse either. Hoping for better colors next year!
