great product easy use of online shopping experience this item (a coat) is very up to date with the styles the young generation are wearing and north face supplies great products.

Purchased this jacket as a gift for my little niece for upcoming fall/winter time. The jacket came in the mail within 5 days of ordering. The jacket appears to be very high quality as expected from the north face.

We purchased this jacket for our newborn for the cold weather in Maine. It has been nothing but excellent. The jacket does a great job of maintaining a good temperature for our little one. We went through several other brands that always ended up overheating the little guy. This jacket must breathe enough to maintain a warm temperature but not make you sweat! Plus it's reversible and adorable!

The jacket is very well made. However, the torso and sleeve length seem long.

My two-year really likes this jacket. The only problem is that she likes the side with the pattern but she also likes pockets. Pockets are only on the solid side of the jacket. Not sure why pockets couldn't be sewn into both sides, small drawback for us. Otherwise, easy to get off and on, well-made, and most important, warm.

My daughter loves this coat! She loves that it can be two different colors just by turning it inside-out! We have had this coat in boys before and was very satisfied with it's durability and functioning as a ski coat. I am sure we won't be disappointed with this one.

Jacket was adorable and reasonably priced. Sized 0-3 months and was two large for newborn and season would be over by the time it for otherwise I wouldn't have returned it. Buying north face for older kids is a better investment as they usually for for at least two years

Very warm jacket. We have been using NF jackets forever!

Really wanted to love this jacket! It fit perfectly through chest and abdomen but arms were extremely long! I couldn't picture my sone growing into the arms without growing out of the rest. So had to exchange for a different coat altogether. Still love northface and would never choose a different brand!

I first bought this jacket for my daughter, and now bought one for my son. I wanted something warm but lightweight so it could be worn in a car seat. This fits the bill!! I live in northern MN, so on those really cold days, I would add a fleece underneath to play outside.

I love the jacket on my 3 year old girl. The color is very cute. Also, it is not very heavy and not bulky at all. The only thing about this jacket that I do not like is the lack of zippers on its pockets!

My son loves this jacket! He would not wear a winter coat until we bought him this. My only negative comment and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because it is not true to size. The first jacket we ordered was the correct size according to North Face's site and what my son typically wears, and it was way too small for him. We had to pay to ship that back, requested a refund, and ordered the next size up. This one is a little big, but that's fine because it will last him a while. Otherwise, the jacket is warm and stylish (cool enough that my son will wear it!).

Had to return and exchange for a bigger size. The customer rep was excellent, knowledgeable and very nice. I received my new order in 3 days.

Bought 4 jackets as gifts for my grand children and one for myself, I bought my grandchildrens on line and was just a little disappointed when I received them because I thought they would be a little heavier other than that happy about everyting else. Hope they like them.

Love the non bulky nature of material. Zips easy and looks great. The collar tends to ride up into the facial area when in the car seat. Maybe a Velcro tab to fold it back would work. My grand daughter's thumb gets stuck most times at the elastic on the sleeves but she is getting better at that.

This coat was a good buy for the money. Seems to keep my 1 1/2 year old nice & warm. Light weight and folds easily for packing. Only downside I've noticed so far is that the bottom of the coat is banded and makes the coat pop up over the waist. However, not a deal breaker. The colors are vibrant and over all a great coat
