I would suggest a product improvement modification, the main zipper seem too small and can be difficult to start in the dark of night. Suggest larger more rugged zipper.

Bought and wore the vest for one season and the front zipper came off without any accidents or excess force. Had to wear the vest unzipped the rest of last fall as it'd have taken more than a month for Arc'teryx to repair the zipper at that point in time due to back log of repair/warrantee requests.

The vest sizing is extremely small. I wear a large with pretty much everything but this size L vest was so small I had to check the size to make sure it wasn't a medium. Couldn't connect the zipper over a T-shirt much less a thick sweater. And the zipper is a tiny thing that I don't think will wear well. Too bad, I have other Arc'teryx gear which I wear regularly but this vest was returned.

Love the vest but the zippers are a joke. Its like putting cheap tires on a Ferrari. They will work fine while the super car is parked but would be afraid to take that car into a corner at high speed. The excuse of saving weight on the vest is off base.

Purchased this vest in the pink guava colour. Product description stated that the vest was filled with "white" goose down. Unfortunately the goose down fill was not white as many dark brown or black feathers were clearly visible through the fabric giving the vest an overall dirty and splotchy appearance. Loved the colour and the fit - too bad about the visible dark feathers.
Vest was returned.

Someone else mentioned the design so I thought I'd add my perspective. I'm 5'7", 110lbs, swimmer/runner build ie cousin to a lodgepole pine. Using Arc'teryx Fit Guide I'm a small. So I ordered a small: the chest was perfect; the collar wonderful neither tight nor too airy; the armholes small, tight, restrictive; the tapered out hips ridiculously voluminous. This design was built on a pear. Really disappointing bec. I love my arc'teryx coat, other coat, partner's coat...

There is a fatal flaw on this vest: the zippers. The zippers on the front and pockets are laughable for such an expensive vest. these are the flimsiest, smallest zippers you could possibly put on a piece of outdoor clothing. Had it for a month and the front zipper split open on me multiple times. There's no excuse for this especially considering it's about the most expensive down vest on the planet.

This is my favorite vest for travel. I have this in 2 other colors and couldn't resist buying the labyrinth. It packs down small and provides quite a bit of warmth. I've used it under skiing shells as well and it was a great piece when I needed a bit more insulation.

It is a high quality product that meets our expectation: warm, compressible, and durable.

Just started wearing the vest after buying in early September. The vest is extremely light weight, provides excellent flexibility and comfort. More importantly it is very warm

Recently purchased, very warm without being bulky. Zippers are definitely on the lighter weight side but that's to be expected. Down has good loft and minimal shedding. Very comfortable in a variety of temps.

Absolutely love this vest. Easy to style with hoodie or even t-shirt. You can also wear inside a shell jacket. Don't get fooled by its weight. It will get you warmer than you think

I've been experimenting with down vests as a supplemental warmth option when I am cutting down pack weight while climbing and skiing. This vest under a shell jacket gives a ton of warmth while being smaller to pack and lighter than a full down jacket. It also adds warmth when worn over a light down jacket. It's been a great addition to my gear when I want to stay light but have some warmth reserve!

Bought this with intention of using it as a mid layer skiing but as travel abroad is illegal I've only used it on walks and around the home. It is lightweight and very well made, excellent fabric. And extremely warm. Looks good too. Great colours.

Great fit, pockets, warmth, color. Only small hickup with zipper that is not robust.

Bought this vest to replace a lighter down vest. I'm a slim medium and the vest fits well. Not to tight. Seems warm but have not had a chance to use in very cold conditions as a layer. Quality build. I will need to put it through a year of use to be able to judge.

I feared it might be too hot or thick for me in California but still ordered one to try. It arrived on a busy Wednesday, so I put it on and went back to work... then the next time I realized I was still wearing it was after having dinner. It was so light and comfy that I totally forgot I was still wearing it! My BMI was around 21, and the vest conformed well to my body line and was neither bulky or skinny. It also regulated the temperature well so I was neither hot inside (at 70F) or cold outside (about 45F). It instantly became one of the favorite gears of me, a yuppie that spends most of his time wearing a tee and a vest.

First Arc'teryx purchase, I'll be buying Arc'teryx from now on. After using this in the winter months it's perfect on its own in mild weather, (30-40's) or underneath a light winter jacket in cold weather (20's & below). I have a small/medium frame at 5'9" and 165lbs, it's just a touch big. A medium would probably have been perfect but I wanted to be able to wear this over a midweight sweater/jacket.

I bought one 2 years ago and used it as a stand alone vest at home and under various jackets to add warmth.
Was an absolute must wear for sitting at Seahawks games too. However last winter after a Seahawks game I left mine in the hotel room. As soon as I got home (3 hour drive) I called the hotel but it wasn't turned in. Cleaning staff got a good bonus that day.
I will be reordering another.
I'm about 5 foot 10 and 168lbs and M fit perfectly.
The zipper worked exactly as I needed.

This is a perfect vest to have wearing it around town looking stylist and stay warm. I also wear it as a mid layer when skiing.
