Have not tested in cold yet but upon arrival i was trying to decide between this one and another name brand vest. The fit is just for me. I have a hard time finding a very femenine fit to fit my curves, this is the only vest I have encountered that is perfect. Normally the bust doesnt fit and then the body is loose, this one fit perfectly in all areas.

182 cm at 85 kg I have a L, tried a M but it was too small. It's just what it says, streamlined, lightweight and packable. And really nice to wear.

6' at 170 lbs, M fits like a dream. This vest is a great addition to my gear. Perfect as a standalone for brisk spring days, cool fall evenings, and if your body runs warm it's the ideal mid-layer piece. Packs nicely as well.

I brought this vest to the Arctic Tundra, just inside the Arctic circle. It performed very well, especially with a simple rain jacket over it or a fleece sweater underneath. A vest like this I think is essential for any cold or winter travel.

I waited too long to oder this! Perfect for layering over a hoody or under a shell. Ive been wearing it non-stop and find it great for cold weather running and running errands alike. Fits well, light weight, and nice big pockets.

I own a Large Theta AR shell which is a perfect fit. Originally I ordered a Large in this vest, but it was just too tight across the chest, so I had to exchange it for an XL A draw cord around the waist would be a nice addition, as it can ride up a bit. Very light, very warm and very well made. Get your size right and you'll be very happy.

I received the Cerium Vest around 2 weeks ago and have yet to put to it down. It truly is a piece of art; lightweight, fitted and extremely functional, in that it provides warmth and flexibility. I had previous owned the North Face Nupste, which was far heavier and cumbersome in comparison. My only reservation is that i feel the zips may need in time to be changed. They are a bit fiddly and considering the cost I think more work needs to be spent on this, that aside, this product is just so fab. Without doubt Arcteryx is the most impressive outdoor brand I have come across, aligning functionality with a contemporary design.

I needed a stylish lightweight warm vest for long walks with my dog. My rainwear is too bulky for clear sunny days and this vest is perect. I bought it at the storee in Vancouver and took it on its maiden walk today on a rare sunny weekend day. I noticed the down puffed up as I walked but thee beauty of this vest is that it has the warmth of down without thee bulk. Who wants to look like the Micheelin tire maan anyway? I also like the neck--not too high but flattering. I bought mine in black because it is my favouritee color and matches best with my sports tops. I am a size 6 but I bought a Medium because the cut is fitted. I'll be able to wear it over sweaters ss well as with sport tops. I love the way it looks with my skinny jeans too. The colors were all attractive and very cheerful but for me black is always best. Thanks for making such a great vest!

I have this vest in blue. It's a beautiful colour and the vest itself is incredibly warm. I have mostly been wearing it while out and about in the city on cool days, but I think I will get a lot of wear out of it as a mid-layer when out in the backcountry because it is so light. Another great Arc-teryx product!!

After having bought the hoody when it first came out last year, I jumped at the chance to pick up a vest when it became available. Light, warm, functional both as outer and inner layer. Will work well watching son in cold hockey arenas!

This is my absolute go-to piece of outerwear. I'm never overly warm or cold when I wear it. Light weight, understated and well designed. Worth the investment.

Vest is really warm and comfortable. Fit is definitely trim, if between, maybe size up. I'm 6'0" and 185lbs, medium is perfect in a trim fit, length is great. Only complaint is the zipper. It's like a pocket zipper, feels like it might fail but it has been fine so far, only reason I took a star off. Impressed otherwise.

I was really keen to get this and started with a M being a size 10/12. The quality and feel are outstanding but unfortunately neither the M or S fit right. Both were too large around the hip area and despite being able to tighten this area they did not fit at all. It is made for pear shaped women. When on the warmth is incredible. Please review the shape in this piece as I wish it would fit.

I bought this a month ago for hiking in the Rockies. The warmth did not disappoint. Also, great for running errands and dog walks! I find the fit a bit large especially in the lower half so size accordingly.

I own a lot of Arc'Teryx. That's all I get for Christmas every year. This piece has a lot of good things to say about it. It's incredibly light, but very warm for the weight. It fits underneath other jackets well and fits over mid-layers if you want it outside. My only complaint is that the fit is a little weird. It is kind of tight across my chest but lose by my hips. It works great, I just wish I had a tiny bit more room up top and a tiny bit less on the bottom.

This is my go to vest for cool days. I have worn in in the mountains where it is a great under layer or for keeping warm in mountain huts. However, I also keep it in my work bag as when I travel to the US, I find that this protects against over zealous air conditioning really well. Overall, highly recommended. I usually wear an XXL but the Xl is a good snug fit.

great vest. bought it to wear under my shell jacket when I snowboard and it does a great job at keeping my warm. i usually take a S or M but took an XS because I wanted it to be close to core and fit under my shell. really love it, end up wearing it all the time. great fit.

Absolutely love it. It weighs next to nothing and looks great. If it was being picky, I'd say that it does come up a touch smaller than I expected. Maybe I need to be more honest with my own size though! That said, I'm definitely not a large in any other Arc'teryx kit. Also - and it's only happened once - but I fear that the zip may be a weak point. It's very light and thin, to the point of potentially being flimsy. It's opened at the bottom while zipped up before - I just hope it was a one off.

Had this vest for some days now and i really like it. It has a slim fit, but i guess that is necessary to keep you as warm as possible. Be careful whit the zipper if you use it whit out having the vest on, as it easily goes in to the fabric, and can damage the vest. The vest fits in to a small bag that comes whit it, so it will not take up much space if you ned to stove it away.

The good: lightweight, warm, snug fit. The bad: the nylon shell is too thin: it rips with normal daily use. The bottom line: Fine for evenings on the town. Not good for daily use. Ridiculous for the trail or the back country.
