Bought my cerium LT jacket 2 years ago and it never fails to give warmth during winter here in manitoba. I use it as my weekend go to jacket from urban to a quick hike at the nearest trails in town. Happy to have one and planning to have another arcteryx jacket for my spring and fall outdoor escapes.

I love this jacket and bought it as a backup for when my older Cerium finally kicks it. The old one gets used all the time and it's holding up fine, but it's built to be light and doesn't look like it is built for durability. I've been saying that for 5 years though so maybe I should change my tune. I am the type of person that would rather by quality and have gear that lasts and have found this to be true for all my Arcteryx products.

I purchased this jacket in the fall of 2019 & it has been one of my favorite jackets, if not "the favorit" when the weather is cool & windy. It is light, warm, well designed & stylish. I've received numerous compliments. I also got one for my spouse who also loves it.

I love this jacket. It's so light weight and incredibly warm. I've worn this thing inside the Arctic circle in February and never got cold. It packs down really small too.

Bought this about a year ago and held off writing a review to see how it stands over time with all the stories of loose feathers and tears. Have no fear! I've now worn it hiking across the country as a primary outer layer, as a middle layer for skiing, and in all sorts of weather. It's breathable but warm, and packs up wonderfully small. The zipper is small but helps make it lighter overall.

I bought this jacket in January. And ever since, I am waring it every chance I got. Very warm, feels spacious yet fit close to the body. Very comfortable to wear at any time. It seems to fit itself to whatever layer you wear underneath. The Hood has a snag fit, no need for a hat.

I own two Gore-Tex jacket shells and ski pant shell pants and bibs. These are wonderful pieces with the highest quality and great features. They have seen heavy use for many years and have held up well. I own a Patagonia lightweight down jacket that I like, but wanted a hooded lightweight down jacket for the cold Wisconsin winters. The Cerium LT Hoody is also a great piece with the quality construction I expect from Arc'teryx. It is very light, but warm. The size I got was Medium for my 5'9" and 165# frame. I have broad shoulders so the fit is slightly on the snug side. I wear mediums for both of my Arc'teryx Gore-Tex shells, so I'd say this jacket runs a little smaller. It works for me, but left me wondering if I should have gone with the large in order to accommodate a heavier sweater or fleece layer.

I bought this jacket a couple months ago and am so glad I did. It's my first Arcteryx jacket and won't be the last. I've had several competitor jackets and have never had this level of warmth. I bought the cobalt moon and it's a great color with a light sheen to it. It's sharp. The zipper head is a little small and hard grab at times so that's one suggestion for improvement but wouldn't prevent me from buying another.

I can't believe how warm this coat is considering how light it is. I might as well be wearing a tshirt, hardly even know it's there. I've been wearing it during late winter/early spring in Ottawa and even with some of the colder days and wind picking up it's been perfect.

I recently changed all my outdoor gear with Arcteryx. The Cerium LT was the last piece that I was missing and I just purchased it last week.
It is a great jacket and the warmth and insulation it provides is second to none. As has been said before, it is not to be worn during high output activities but during stops. It fits really nice and it does not hurt that is is fashionable to be worn for walks in town.
The fit is trim fit. I wear all my Arcteryx in Small, and this is the snuggiest I have. It is meant to be this way, but if you are between sizes, you might want to err on a larger size.
Great piece of clothing.

I've had this jacket for over a year now and and love it.
I've had an awesome experience with the fabric, which has withstood both rock abrasion from squeezing through canyons and dog claws from a few overexcited pups. I'm very happy with the fit, which doesn't have any extra trim, but allows natural movement without any feeling of constriction. And most of all, it is WARM. I prefer a mega-puff on days below freezing, but this thing is a great, lightweight jacket for anything above.

The Cerium LT is that one piece of kit that always stays in my daypack (or on my back). It's light, very warm and surprisingly tough. The hood doesn't seem oversized, but happily fits over your helmet and the pockets are well placed to use when you're wearing a pack.

I've had this jacket for 6 1/2 years. It's holding up really well - a couple of small tears, which I fixed with cuttings from the stuff sack (to get a matching colour) and superglue. I have genuinely enjoyed owning it. I've used it for pretty much every activity ranging from Alpine skiing/touring to climbing, hiking and around town and it's more robust than it looks and feels. Its key feature is warmth vs weight - the best I have owned over the years.
Unlike many some other reviewers, I have not experienced much down leakage and have followed the Arc'teryx advice when it has occurred. After 3 washes per year it remains warm - yes you have to massage the down after washing to redistribute it but this is exactly the same for any down jacket.
My only minor beef is that there is no face material on the chin side of the collar - this is the only area where the Cerium LT has shown wear against stubble. It would be well worth the fractional weight gain to add a strip of material here. A share the same view of my Atom LT.
I also own a Thorium MX and a Cerium SL and this is the best all-round. Fit is the same as the SL and a bit tighter than the Thorium - I am 95 Kg, 185 cm with a solid, athletic build. Large is a good fit in all 3 of these jackets.

I've had my Cerium LT Hoody about a month now. Great jacket. It's unbelievably warm for its weight!
It's fairly basic with no bells and whistles but that's what I prefer. The tag price is high but you can generally pick them up reduced like me. I've got the 2019 version. It's so well made. If you look at it closely, you'll find no flaws. That's why I buy Arc'teryx.
I opted for a size large. I'm 6ft tall weighing 13.5 stones with a regular build. It fits me perfectly. I wear it with my Beta AR in medium which matches perfectly size wise. An amazing combination.
My jacket is in black and it looks great on. It's sleek and I always see people looking at it! That says everything. A jacket that turns heads.

I bought this jacket a few weeks ago. Arc'Teryx service was super helpful answering all of my questions and helping me with availability and sizing.
The jacket arrived quickly and packaging was perfect. When I opened the package and removed my jacket, I did notice several dark feathers showing through the Quantum Color. At first, I worried if the jacket was dirty - But after looking closer, is is just dark feathers showing through. As the jacket lofted (from packaging), many of the feathers are harder to see. I don't really mind them showing, it is a super quality jacket and the feathers are natural.
The jacket size fit is very similar to a North Face Thermoball.
The fabric if really light. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of. I would be concerned wearing this on a hike where I was pushing through brush without an outer shell over the jacket!
Very Satisfied and happy with the purchase.

I've had my cerium lt hoody a year now. It works really well as a mid layer for skiing when it drops below 0c and layers great under my Beta sv. I just tuck the down hood inside the outer shell one and it rests nicely behind my ski helmet. I can wear the cerium over a Kyanite jacket if it's really cold and I'm nice and warm as I am a chilly person. The hoody version really increases the warmth aspect and it makes for a great camping/hiking jacket when the temperature lowers. I have only had a couple of down poke through but nothing to worry about so far. All said, it's a very light and very warm jacket.

I brought the Cerium to use it for backpacking trips, or overall for static purposes. I purchased a Thorium AR before buying a Cerium but felt it too "big", so I decided to go for the Cerium with a more trim fit. I found the fit to be perfect, for someone who is on the slimmer side. This jacket is perfect for what it does, keep you warm when you're not moving that much. It packs down greatly into its sack, smaller than the size of a Nalgene, which is really nice when packing it into your backpack. Although the jacket is not fully waterproof, it repelled water droplets pretty well, specifically condensation droplets from a tent. The jacket feels pretty good on naked skin as well. Overall a great piece and so far, my go to piece for static purposes.

This takes the chill off when the temps get low. I have used it hiking and backpacking. Can be used for extra layers to stay warm at night in the sleeping bag. I have used it just as and all around med layer.

I bought this jacket last year and I love it. It has worked well in winter, hiking on mountains and cool fall and spring days. It keeps me warm while also being lightweight. It fits well inside the stuff sack and maintains shape when taken out.
